Dr. Franklin and his staff are amazing! Very quick service. Dr. Franklin answers all my questions. He never rushes any visits when I schedule with him.

Dr. Franklin has been an incredible pediatrician for both of my daughters. I highly recommend him to everyone. He listens attentively to my concerns, collaborates with me on treatment plans, and takes the time to explain medical issues in a way that is easy for a non-medical professional like me to understand. His prompt responses to messages in MyChart are greatly appreciated. Most importantly, I feel that he genuinely cares about my children and their well-being.

Got blood drawn by a nurse practitioner. Forgot her name. She used a butterfly needle and drew blood perfectly. She was very soft spoken but she made the process really easy and she did an amazing job.

Dr. Franklin is excellent at respecting, including, and supporting his patients. He is a great listener and is able to maintain cultural humility during visits. He is approachable and doesn't make parents feel like their input is not important. Super nice, friendly, and make kids feel safe. His sense of humor is a bonus! Trust him with my kids care 100%

We were late for our appointment. Both Dr. Franklin and the admin team (front desk) were accommodating and helpful. This was an important meeting and an accident kept me from getting there within the 15 min window. So very grateful to have been seen but also, to be given grace and a kind ear when discussing my concerns. Dr. Franklin did an amazing job listening and offering insight. My daughter felt seen. So so grateful for such an amazing team of medical professionals!

Dr. Franklin always takes he time to answer questions, he has earned the trust of my son who doesn't trust many, and always follows up. I've never experienced a doctor so responsive. And the office staff is always nice and professional.
