Unprofessional and rude
My mother recently went to see Dr. Heiner and his unprofessional behavior left her dispondant. Appallingly rude and unacceptable behavior in my opinion. He didn't care about her or her pain and was dismissive. I am reporting him to the NM Board of Medical Examiners.

Doctor Heiner was very efficient and did an excellent job on my procedure. He put me at ease and it was done almost before I knew it. I really feel like Doctor Heiner is a true professional and is someone I can trust to do only what really needs to be done. His office staff is also excellent. They were very courteous and professional. I know I can trust his office for my needs.

My nephew is a NMMI cadet. He was scheduled for consultation for extreme tooth pain. The practice was told he was a minor and would arrive with NMMI escort but no guardians because they are out of state. Patient age, payment guaranties and other information were provided. He was turned away by practice's financial advisor without medical evaluation with the doctor's consent because his guardians were not present. No effort was made to contact his guardians. They said they were too busy.

I had 2 extractions done by Dr. Heiner. They went very smoothly and it seemed like they were done before he had started! He had said the longest time would be waiting for the Novocain to take and he was right. The office was excellent about all the details of pre and post care needs and financial items.

Dr. Heiner has placed 2 implants for me. He did an amazing job. His Las Cruces office is beautiful! He has put so much effort into making the office a place patients can feel relaxed and comfortable. The office was very clean and has the most up to date equipment. I really appreciate the treatment I received from all the staff members and Dr. Heiner. I will definitely recommend Dr. Heiner to my friends and family!

The cleanliness of utensils and rooms are questionable. The office is very old and not well cleaned. I got an infection when they removed a tooth despite being on weeks of antibiotics.
