Very nice guy. Went to ER after talking to gastroenterologist nurse about possible hernia and trouble with food getting stuck. The symptoms have been getting worse. Unable to see the gastroenterologist for several weeks. The only thing in the report was about an Esophageal stricture. He pressed on the stomach area where it was very painful. None of this information was listed in the report. Gave me 2 Rx and released me. Only test run was a urine sample. Very disappointed in the visit.

Prescribed meds for known allergy. Notes incorrect
This is only in regards to this one doctor. Prescribed drug I have a known allergy to and said in notes that I said I had taken it - which I had not. When reminded of the allergy Gregerson responded that only 3% of the population had that allergy! Gregerson said in his notes he palpated my abdomen - he did not. Gregerson said in his notes that I was “non- tender in all quadrants to deep palpitation” which he did not do & I remained in pain. I had to seek treatment elsewhere which ended up with a serious issue & surgery. (There is a witness for the entire visit.)

I have seen Dr. Gregerson in the ER twice now and I have been AMAZED at the respect and professionalism that he has afforded me. So often, ER staff can be dismissive and categorically demeaning. I hate bothering them in this difficult time but they never made me feel as though I was a burden. Thank you To nurse Kim and Dr. Gegerson!
