Unprofessional
I saw Dr Lee for deviated septum, he came across arrogant and didn’t like when I asked questions. He was rough when examining my nose with the camera. After results I emailed a question and he communicated the results explains it. Obviously I reached out because I didn’t understand the result. His response was see a neurologist. He totally gas lighted me because I asked a question. Awful customer service, if he doesn’t like dealing with people he shouldn’t be a doctor!

My experience was very good. Dr. Lee did my thyroid/parathyroid surgery in August 2022. He explained the procedure and also answered questions. His Office staff was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lee. Excellent Surgeon and staff at Summit Health.

I went to Dr. Lee for a deviated septum surgery. We had a to-the-point pre-op discussion. He seemed experienced and knowledgeable. However, when asked about side effects, his response was: if you don't want the surgery, you don't have to do it. I got the surgery, breathed through plastic for a week, and within hours of him pulling tubes out, the formerly narrowed nostril completely collapsed. When I pushed for an explanation, he dodged for a long time, then literally told me: it didn't work out, sorry. I can refund you the surgeon’s copay. He then invited a plastic surgeon, whose only corrective option was a full open facial surgery, with skin lifting etc. When I asked about any severe side effects, he responded with familiar: if you don't want it, you don't have to do it. At this point I knew I was done with this office. I ended up getting an excellent minimally invasive repair surgery at Jefferson Health in Philly. They told me all that went wrong last time. Why not just be honest?

My father suffered from esophageal diverticulum. He previously had an endoscopic botched surgery performed by another doctor prior to consulting Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee explained in great detail the best surgical approach to address my father’s condition and explained all associated risks. His level of expertise was comforting, as we were extremely apprehensive after the experience with the previous doctor. Dr. Lee and his team of experts performed the surgery in September 2020. Due to the pandemic, we were not permitted to accompany my father to the hospital. Immediately after the surgery Dr. Lee contacted us from the operating room to advise the surgery was a success. We were elated and that gesture speaks to Dr. Lee’s professionalism. Throughout my father’s recovery at the hospital, Dr. Lee was extremely attentive and ensured the hospital staff took great care of my dad. Dr. Lee is literally a lifesaver and held our hands throughout what we thought would be a daunting experience.

I was so afraid to have my throat surgery until I met Dr. Bryant Lee from Livingston NJ. He explained everything with such confidence that put all my fears to rest. In my opinion he is truly a TOP DOC! A day after surgery I left the hospital with no more than a regular sore throat. thank you Dr. Lee.

Dr.Lee communicated with my ENT physician inFlorida after my surgery and was very cooperative and informative to allowing us to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion. Dr. Lee also responded to all my emails while in Florida and assisted in developing a plan which ultimately healed my ear. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr.Lee to my friends, relatives or anyone seeking a qualified and experienced ENT surgeon.

I pretty much own my life to Dr. Lee who performed surgery on a cancerous tumor in my mouth 10 years ago. He's not only an amazing surgeon but a caring, loving individual who'll go out of his way to take care of his patients, no matter how small or big their issues are.

After an unsuccessful visit with an ENT in Morristown, I relented to my chronic sinus infections & gave Dr. Lee a try. After exhausting conventional means to combat the issue, eventually, surgery became a clear option after a CT Scan showed significant blockages. Dr. Lee answered my questions & addressed my concerns before & after the successful surgery. The appointments may be brief as he is in high demand, but rest assured Dr. Lee will be happy to answer all your questions. Thank you x1000!

Dr. Lee is very calm, patient, and positive, answers all questions, and has the expertise and coolness to improvise when something unexpected occurs during surgery. This is really important to anyone considering surgery. If you are lucky, you never need surgery, but if you do, and you choose Dr.Lee, you're still lucky.

I must agree with 2 writers Mr Lee is very arrogant and very disrespectful and unprofessional. I had a procedure done by him that went very wrong. I now have permanent damage to my nose and I’m hoping if anyone reads this will not go to him. As you see I said Mr Lee because the title as Doctor he doesn’t deserve not even in s 3rd world country.

I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Lee (and his staff). My thyroidectomy went very smoothly and my recovery time was so short. He made me feel that I was in safe hands, and the proof is in the ease of my post-op/recovery. Truly excellent doctor/surgeon. I also appreciated his willingness to answer my questions especially during the follow up. Friendly, caring and helpful staff. I would recomment Dr. Bryant Lee to everybody needing a surgery like mine.

Dr Lee is very arrogant. My son had a scope placed in his nose and Dr. Lee got angry when my son coughed. He said, "don't cough on me". He should have been wearing a mask. He misdiagnosed my son with herpes virus. We had to go to the hospital that evening because my son could not swallow. He actually has pharyngitis. Stay away from this man. He has issues. Don't feed his ego!!!
