Let Me Down When I Needed Help the Most
Dr. Bryanne Robson was unable to appropriately respond when I was near- and very near death in 2020. I told her I was suffering from hypercritical allostatic load (too much stress and trauma, not enough support) and that 'my body says I might not make it' and 'my body says I might die.' She expressed no curiosity, only certainty. 'You're just hungry,' she asserted after I told her I felt 'shaky,' though that was not so. The number one thing CPTSD survivors need is to be heard, believed, felt, and affirmed. Dr. Robson did the opposite. This dismissal of my concern when I was at a critical point was more harm to my nervous system, which sent me into a faster downward spiral. Fortunately, my pain specialist did believe me and came to my aid. He listened, offered empathy, and worked with me to develop an appropriate care plan. It involved bi-weekly visits for regular doses of empathy, a potent healing tool. I hope Dr. Robson has developed her capacity for empathy since I last saw her.

The best of the best!
Dr. Robson is the best doctor I have ever had, and I have had a lot. She listens, cares and is so compassionate. Every time I interact with her I feel like I am being heard, she cares and wants the best for me. I am still in disbelief that there is healthcare this good out there in today’s world. I no longer feel like just a number at a doctor’s office. I never feel rushed and that she just wants to get me out the door. She is thorough and leaves no stone unturned. I finally feel like my health is being taken seriously and she isn’t just throwing medicine and supplements at me to send me on my way. I used to never call the doctor after so many unpleasant experiences and that is not the case now, so my health, physical and mental, is better for it. Everyone needs a doctor like Dr. Robson in their life.

My experience with Dr Robson is forever in my mind. I only had one appointment with her, and was the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. She was extremely thorough and congenial. She truly wanted to know about my health as a whole, both physical and mental. Dr. Robson is someone who really listens to your concerns and discusses them with you. She made me feel safe, attended to, and confident that I was getting the absolute best care.

I'm 71 and Dr. Robson has been my physician for a couple years now and she is the best Doctor I've had in my entire life. I like her so much that I talked my wife into having Dr. Robson as her Physician as well. Dr. Robson has a great sense of humor, is easy to talk to and have fun with. Dr. Robson is very pleasant and can cheer people up with her I feel that if I have concerns she will listen to what I have to say. My wife is also very impressed with Dr. Robson and she is happy and pleased with Dr. Robson.

Dr Robson had that special mix of skill and human connection. Rare to find, she has truly been a godsend as she supported me through extreme anxiety and pain pending my complex back surgery. She is warm, caring, and understands there is a human side to being a patient. In my opinion she exemplifies what it means to be a skilled and compassionate family practitioner. There simply aren't enough words to express my undying gratitude for her during such a difficult time in my life.

Sadly, I never was able to see Dr. Robson at her new practice because my appointment has been cancelled by her 3 times since November. I now need to find a new doctor, because this practice is not making the time to add me as a new patient.

Dr. Robson is the kind of doctor people dream about having. She listens. She truly cares. I appreciate her wellness approach, which includes the whole person, not just viewing me in pieces and parts. Unlike other doctors who often push pharmaceuticals to fix problems, Dr. Robson's approach places a premium on proper sleep, diet, exercise, and stress management. Sure, medication can play a critical role in wellness, but RXs aren't always the solution. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Robson as my PCP.

Dr. Robson has been the Primary Care Physician for my now teenage son for 2 years. We like how she talks to him during his visits as opposed to just us parents. Dr. Robson works on learning as much as she can about her patients at each visit, and she never rushes to move on to her next patient.

Dr. Robson is professional, compassionate and dedicated to providing the utmost best in personable care for her patients. She allowed me to color when I was in deep grief over a beloved one and even sent me a card of condolence. I value her humor, kindness and trust her sageness in overseeing my medical care. The support staff are an integral part of the team. I'm so fortunate to have this wonderful medical dream team.

What a great Doctor! She is caring/compassionate and has a great sense of humor as well. I fear, because she is young, she will leave the practice in a couple of years and I will find myself in the position of looking for a new doctor. However, until that time, I will enjoy my yearly visits with her.

Dr. Robson is beyond the best doctor I ever had. She is very knowledgeable as well as nice, she is so understandable and goes above and beyond for her patients. I am so glad I made the switch to her from a Doctor I was going too for 30 years, I was nervous but she made me feel so comfortable. She spent at least 40 mins with me to get to know me better and for me to ask questions. My last doctors office you where waiting for at least 40 minutes to be put in your room. Dr. Robson is the best!

I am 59 with some chronic health problems. Dr. Robson is that very rare physician who truly listens to you and allows you enough time to talk. I never feel like she is too rushed to take the time to help you. She is empathetic and thorough, and explains everything about my conditions and treatment throughly. She orders the labs and diagnostic studies that would best help me with my medical problem but doesn't waste my time with extra testing that is not really necessary.
