From my first visit with Dr. Wernick, he was unlike many in that he took a great amount of time and discussion to assure I was aware of my options, while also letting me make the decision that was right for me. One step at a time. I appreciate that he didn't throw prescription drugs at the problem right away, but instead came at it holistically and at a pace comfortable with me.

Best in Town.
I came to this office on a very high dose of pain meds that a practioner had put me on. I have severe RA and osteoporsis I have had over 39 surgeries. I am on the lowest dose possible thanks to them. I got my life back.

Dr. Wernick believes in patients taking no pain medication and only doing spinal cord stimulators. Don’t expect to get any pain medication from this doctor.

I've seen Dr. Wernick many times for pain injections. He is always thorough, answered questions, and a great bedside manner. I love the nurses that take care of you before and after the procedure, as well as working in the room with the Dr. I would highly recommend.

My experience with Dr. Wernick was great, until I had to see his Nurse Practitioner, Rebecca Smith. Rebecca was unsympathetic, cold and terse.

Dr. Wernick has been extremely helpful in managing my pain and placing a spinal cord stimulator in me. He truly cares about relieving your pain and suffering and listens to your concerns and answers questions honestly and in depth. Unfortunately, I had to have the stimulator surgery twice I am difficult and have lupus and developed a strange reaction to the suture material and a pocket of scar tissue formed and flipped my stimulator he was fantastic and got me into the or and fixed it fast!

Dr. Wernick is not good at understanding what pain actually is if you have a seriously bad spine. He insists on injections that are an overpriced bandaid, that doesn't last. If you want to be talked into painful procedures with little results, then this is the place to go. If you can't afford these procedures be prepared to be taken off your medicine and dismissed.

Dr. Wernick was excellent at treating my condition. At Dimensions, the nurses were top notch. Waiting for my epidural (neck problems) I actually had fun interacting with the nurses. They were professional yet it was obvious even on a bad day they were caring and energetic. (It was the holiday season, so everyone was a bit stressed out, including me) Dr. Wernick is not my regular pain management specialist, I was there on a referral. Special kuddos to Cindy H.

Dr Wernick believes in taking people off of their treatment they were stable on for years and putting them on acupuncture and to quit their medication. If you are looking to keeo taking pain medication don't come to him. He will make you detox fast and provide you with little relief.

Excellent doctor and staff. Have helped control my pain since I began seeing Dr. Wernick. Sue is also very knowledgeable and helpful. I do not feel uncomfortable explaining my pain to either of them. They listen, they explain procedures to help alleviate the pain. Their care has given me me my mobility back. I can't begin to explain what kind, caring, knowledgeable, staff. I have told many others of my success by seeing Dr. Wernick and Sue. They are both blessings in my life.
