Dr Serkin was terrible. He was dismissive didn’t listen to anything I had to say. He was rushed and very rough with his physical exam. I went to a specialist to try and get to the bottom of what was going on and he didn’t seem to care at all. He has no people skills. As a healthcare professional this kid of behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

Dr. Serkin was brand new to the area when I was sent to him.... I am so thankful he was available as I had suffered for 2 years and once I saw him, I scheduled my surgery and have eneen symptom free for 5 years!!!!! He took care of my sons surgery as well. The only issue was billing and that's what keeps me from going back.... and that has nothing to do with the skill and knowledge of the doctor.

Office and staff are ok, check-in was quick and easy, and nurses who took vitals were friendly. BUT I must say this doctor had an attitude and tone that was quite condescending that made me feel like it was my fault for having a condition. Even more so his attitude worsened and rushed the entire appointment when I opted for other remedies vs. the advisement given (pushing for surgery). Would not go back to this doctor. Not personable at all and doesn't seem to truly care for the patient's health

I had the most painful, worst experience of my life. I left that office in tears, a bleeding throat and in worse shape then I did before the appointment. The doctor was very condescending in his tone and attitude. I didn't feel like a patient that was cared for. What he did to me didn't help my condition at all, and I was in so much pain and didn't feel any sympathy. Even when my mother tried to talk to him he was very rude. I would NEVER recommend him.

I have never met such a condescending Dr before in my life. I was so caught off guard by Dr. Serkin's attitude, his belittling way of speaking, and his lack of interest in anything I had to say that I left the office in complete shock. As I left the nurse asked if I would like to schedule a follow up appointment. Not a chance!
