Best PCP I have had. Highly recommend
These negative reviews are shocking. Dr. Killian is very thorough, patient, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and takes his time making sure I understand everything we talk about. He responds quickly to messages and I actually look forward to my visits with him.

I'm Shocked by These Reviews
Dr. Killian is one of the kindest, proactive, and caring physicians I've ever encountered so I'm disturbed by the negative reviews here not only because they are inaccurate, but because they besmirch his good character. I'm sorry for those that have had bad experiences, justly or not, but Dr. Killian is truly one of the best. Take it from someone who's settled for a less than stellar PCP in the past.

I was looking for a new PCP after moving to Chicago and got an appt w/ Dr Killian. I saw him for about 25 minutes, he perform a very limited physical, and I asked him a few questions about various health curiosities/concerns (e.g. acne and weight gain) I had. Not only did Dr Killian fail to provide any kind of meaningful answers to the questions I asked him, he also billed me for TWO separate visits (a preventative visit and a office/outpatient visit) simply because I asked him a few questions beyond the physical. Never once did he give me any indication while I was with him that any of the questions I was asking were outside the bounds of the typical preventative care visit. I will NEVER go back to see him again, nor do I plan to go back to Northwestern Medicine for primary care again. Their billing services was of absolutely no help to me at all either.
