Excellant
Dr Hall preformed surgery on 1st and 2nd toes. This is the 2nd time I've had these operations because first surgery was not successful. Dr. Hall's surgery was far above and beyond my expectations. So little pain, swelling and healing time. Prior surgery was at TOI, Domingo Cheleitte. I highly recommend Dr Hall.

Not a Careing Doctor I Ratemthis DR>0
Dr. Hall's Bedside manner is different.. And not in a good way. He's very impersonal and doesn't seem to care much. I liked the residents more than him. What he did do right was perform surgery because I'd been dealing with my feet issues for a long time. But after the surgery for my follow-up.. He removed my gauze and bandaged took the stitches out then slapped a sock on my foot and sent me on my way. Didn't clean up the area or even so much as put a bandaid over the incision. I left there with my surgery site nasty bloody and still hurting. I definitely took pics as I plan on forwarding them to corporate. I'm POSITIVE that I shouldn't have left his office like that and I feel very jaded and mistreated. I would recommend U.C health..But not this particular physician.he has no business being a doctor with uchealth!!

Waited more than an hour after appointment time. Staff were rude. Dr. did not even see me or ask about my foot concerns before sending me for an x-ray. Had to push him to discuss anything other than a very obvious bunion that needed no x-ray for diagnosis. Did not show me x-rays or discuss them thoroughly. Not impressed.

I waited four weeks for an appointment with Dr. Hall. On the appointed day, we had to drive in from Cross Plains, IN where we were staying while our driveway was being worked on at our home in Cincinnati. On the way we got caught in road construction and were held up for 40 minutes. I arrived at the West Chester office 15 minutes late. By the time I stood in line to check in, I was 20 minutes late and although I apologized profusely and tried to explain that we had left at 8 a.m. for the 10 o'cl
