Doctor is great, staff is not
I call and left a message for the nurse and received no callback. I waited until Wednesday the following week and I called back. I was told by staff that they were going to bring her my file and she would call me right back. I never received a callback. I had to call and leave a message again and stated to not call me until after 11 am when I finished work. Well, the nurse called me back while I was working and I explained I had to call back after work. I finally was able to speak to the nurse and explain that the inhaler was not working (this is about my breathing, that serious) She told me she would speak to the doctor the following week and get back to me. Guess what? It's been over a week and no callback. Again, this involves my breathing. I guess this isn't important for the nurse to get back to me. Maybe they need to hire the nurse an assistant if she has too much to do in the office but whatever the problem is with the nurse it is garbage that I have to deal with this.

I actually like Dr Ferroni. I think he is competent in his field. His staff however, not so much. The staff has dropped the ball on several occasions, resulting in significant delay in treatment. I was told to wait to be contacted. I waited for months, suffering with no sleep. I went to the office and was told that my treatment plan was never submitted. Two staff members blamed each other for the the lapse. Recently had another problem with a staff member being extremely rude to me on the phone.

Dr. Feroni took care of my mom. He had a wonderful personality and was very caring to my mom. My mom also suffered with dementia and the way he cared and spoke to her and me and my sister we knew how caring he was. He diagnosed her condition and kept her free of her symptons for approximately 2 years before dementia took her. But she was comfortable and out of the hospital for the time he was in her care. He is an excellent doctor!!!!

This is the worst place I've ever been to as a patient his staff is the most disrespectful staff in a professional doctors establishment that I have ever ever had the displeasure of dealing with as a union member I would not recommend this Dr to anyone especially if they are looking for a caring professional to help them this is not the place to go this guy and his staff cares about nothing except your insurance money he's not there to serve your physical needs your better with the hammer

You will have about a 45 minute wait, because Dr. Ferroni SPENDS TIME with each patient. Other specialists give you a max of 15 minutes and rush you. Not so with Dr. Ferroni. He gets to know you and remembers your concerns and explains why you don't have to be concerned. He makes you feel so relieved!!!!!! He is thorough and has a fun, fabulous bed side manor. Every patient leaves him laughing!! He is so down to earth. So refreshing to this old Hippie!!!! Thanks Dr. Ferroni!!! Maria Ficchi
