I did have an appointment scheduled with Dr. Bryan Ferguson. Prior to meeting him, I did let his nurse know that I am experiencing health problems that I wanted to discuss with the doctor during my physical exam. Accordingly, she did take note of my comments. When meeting the doctor, he conducted a useless physical exam while looking at his computer most part of the time, did not ask about my health issues, kept ignoring my comments and at the end evasively left the room. He was clearly clueless and did not give a single care about my health. I left a message with regards to this matter on the Bent Tree Family Physicians online portal, but no one ever replied or gave me a call. It is the most unprofessional, careless, irresponsible doctor attitude and physician’s clinic services I had ever have to experience in my life!
