Will not visit again
His solution to an ongoing problem was to try to put me on birth control pills… I’m 40 years old, well past my child bearing time personally, and have active autoimmune issues that birth control would just make worse. He doesn’t seem to care at all and was very flippant to the point of almost gaslighting my experience. Not a good doctor at all.

Wants you on hormone replacement no matter what
I went the 1st time and he ordered blood work. Ok, no problem, but then he wanted me to come back to get an ultrasound and results. I could not get results on the portal because he had not reviewed them. BTW - I was going in for thyroid/hormonal problems. Ok, so 2nd visit-copay, I get there thinking ultrasound is of thyroid, no they can’t do that, it’s of my ovaries!? I learned nothing new and he never spoke of the ultrasound. A nurse came in with a bunch of stuff and said you need pellets. I said no way, I told you the first visit no pellets, only natural stuff. Then Dr Blonder came in and said “your labs are normal, there’s nothing wrong with you.” Wow. That’s amazing, I went from needing something to being completely normal in seconds. I had 4 abnormal reports on my thyroid on my labs. Hmmm. I’ll never go back.

Very thorough. I've been seeing Dr. Blonder for 15+ years. He was able to diagnose a serious health condition I had and immediately directed me to a colon specialist.

Dr Blonder is a great surgeon. I have been so happy with the outcome of my hysterectomy, it has totally changed my life. My recovery went very well, and I felt very well cared for by Dr. Blonder.
