Front staff is HORRIBLE. Office policies are discriminatory. It is impossible these people care about children given the way they disregard their patients needs. Reported to the ADA. Go somewhere else. This is not the place

This office doesn't know there own head from there .... This is the 3rd time they have made an appointment only to be told as we arrive that my kid doesn't need the appointment ( vaccines) I mean you couldn't have told me that before? They don't have a clue. Not to mention my daughter had a really bad bacterial infection with a high fever and they were like... " No biggie just keep her hydrated" " it could be coronavirus hahaha" she couldn't breathe and her throat was closing! She ended up in the hospital for 3 days because I took her to the ER and they admitted her immediately! This office needs to get there act together!

The staff is very kind, and always quick to accommodate your child's needs. The ARNP's are both fantastic and give very clear and detailed diagnosis in addition to being sweet and delicate with your baby. Dr. West is friendly, very knowledgeable and has a quirky sense of humor. Overall he and his practice is very professional, and fantastic!

Dr West and his staff are incredibly rude, judgemental, and treat parents who choose not to vaccinate unfairly. As a resident of the state of FL I have the RIGHT to choose NOT to vaccinate. Wonderful pediatrician, really relates well with my children as well as my nieces and nephews. He doesn't talk down to them, and he does his assessment in such an unassuming manner that the boys are never uncomfortable or nervous. My oldest is 20 and is NOT looking forward to going to another MD. That being said, make sure your child sees Dr. West, NOT the PA or NP, because whoever that woman is, she should not be in practice.
