Dr. Theall did not seem particularly friendly at all. The office decor matched Dr. Theall's tone, drab. This was our first visit and we were enthusiastic. Dr. Theall walked into the exam room, did not greet us or introduce himself or welcome us to his practice. He just walked in and began talking at us. Overall, Dr. Theall's comportment left much to be desired. The visit had begun on a negative note with the tech's disrespectful attitude. Dr. Theall seemed unconcerned about correcting her and instead talked over us asking what we were there for. While at Dr. Theall's office we did not observe any tech or any staff member or anyone else in his office go near a sink or wash their hands, including Dr. Theall.

I've have been a patient of Dr. Theall since he started in Podiatry. I have been satisfied for the last 35 years. I would recommend Dr. Theall to you. Thirty-Five years in total from June 1983 to now.

He knows his business and he is concerned about his patients he answers all questions and makes you feel comfortable overall you receive excellent care!!!!!
