He always moves and and I can never find him. This is the third time. I have an appt with himr RIGHT NOW and he has moved AGAIN! ?? NO NOTICE SENT TO ME. I used my last $10 to drive here to Montgomery for nothing. His phone doesn't work. Guess I will turn around and drive 65 miles back home.. ??

I’ve never had a drs approval to where I had to wait 4 to 5 hours to see. This is absolutely not an exaggeration. The least time I have waited was 4 hours. And God forbid you bring it up. He erupts. He thinks you’re irritated and maybe a medication you’re on is the cause and will mention that maybe he should stop prescribing it. Can you believe that!? I also agree that the staff does not follow up on anything. I’ve ran into several issues with this. It one took me two weeks to get a medication filled because the office wouldn’t call the pharmacy. I had to go back to the office to finally get it filled. I am temporarily in Alabama, so I don’t look for another dr. But can’t wait to get another Family Physician.

He took time to review our charts and asked questions to find out more about our conditions. Discussed current medications and recommended changes to improve our conditions faster and suggested tests to properly determine if any additional treatment was needed. The visit wasn't rushed and we felt that he was really interested in helping us.

With all the help the office has, they seem to lag in professionalism, they do not follow through on their patients paperwork, they need to be able to access a patients needs more swiftly and they are all about the money. They do not have experienced nurses. I called about my medicine, tookthem2 weeks to straighten it out. The young people there are incapable of managing the patients needs and concerns. They need more experienced people.

Dr. Taylor has been treating my dad for years and it has not been a good experience. The fact that he does not practice in a hospital is a red flag for me Is the waiting room is always overcrowded and hours wait if he has a license to practice. He does not seem to care about his patients at all they cram up in a room like sardines and they look so desperate and too tired to go anyplace Else. I do not recommend this doctor my father is getting worse and worse but he won’t list

Dr. Taylor is a wonderful doctor but I have to take leave from my job every time I have an appointment. I sit in the waiting room on average of two hours before I am called to the back for something simple. I am looking for another doctor because the wait time is ridiculous.
