Dr. McIntosh performed a Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy on me on July 6th of this year. I have to admit I was nervous about the anesthesia, the procedure and the recovery, but I could not have been happier with the results. I had all my questions answered before and after the procedure. After the procedure I had a little cramping but no pain. I was able to walk off the cramping and it was gone in about 24 hours. The hardest part of the whole experience was remembering to take it easy as I felt great. Dr. McIntosh was recommended to me by several different people and I think he was the best choice.

Dr. McIntosh removed my gallbladder (laparoscopic cholecystectomy), due to increasing symptoms from gallstones. Dr. McIntosh was highly professional, informative, thorough and kind. I felt very well cared for. The procedure was done as out-patient, and I was amazed and how much better I felt right away - my symptoms disappeared overnight! I continued to recover from the procedure over the next few days at home and felt good enough to return to my office job only six days after surgery. I would recommend Dr. McIntosh to anyone needing this type of surgery!

Unilateral Inguinal Hernia Surgery Post Surgery follow-up appointment to evaluate progress. The entire appointment was an informative and pleasant experience. Waiting time was minimal and the entire staff was friendly and very professional. Dr. Mcintosh examined my surgery and advised that healing progress was excellent and inquired if I had any problems or concerns since the surgery on April 7. I have experienced virtually no pain or discomfort and feel that the entire process has been simply outstanding. I have a 5-week follow-up scheduled for May 20 at which time I expect to be able to return to "normal" activities. I have experienced outstanding service from pre to post surgery and recommend Dr. Mcintosh and his staff to anyone requiring Hernia surgery.

Dr. McIntosh is an excellent surgeon. My surgery to repair a hernia was very smooth, and my recovery was very quick. I felt very little pain in the days after the surgery, and only took OTC medication for three days just to get some rest. I was very impressed with how small the incisions were to support the robotic surgery, and Dr. McIntosh and his team dressed them very well. I am completely satisfied with the results to date and would recommend Dr. McIntosh and the team at Premier Surgical Specialists, as well as the team who took care of me throughout my surgery at UnaSource Surgery Center.

Dr. Mcintosh, gave me the time before and after surgery to discuss things. He has performed 2 surgeries on me in 16 years which were not just simple cut and dried. I'm glad I had both done and by him. I highly recommend him and his team. Also his one PA who I met right after surgery, well she is just plain awesome.
