Dr. Bruce Lein, DDS

Dr. Lein was friendly, explained the process very clearly, and was skilled enough to do a painless root canal shortly after I arrived. He was able to use most of the x-rays sent from my old dentist, he only required a couple more of the tooth in question, and showed me the difference, clearly my old dentist had staff that did not take x-rays correctly. My old dentist would not do the root canal and just sent me out to randomly find someone on my insurance plan that would do the procedure. I am extremely happy that I happened to find Dr. Lein. His staff is amazing! Each member of the team with which I interacted was friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining! It was clear that they enjoyed their work and did everything possible to make the atmosphere comfortable and fun. If you have any trepidations about going to a Dentist, the staff will make you so comfortable, relaxed, and entertained, you will feel as if you are visiting friends who just happen to take care of your teeth.

This was my second visit here for a cleaning.I get there to find out that the hygienist I had for my first visit isn't there.They stick me with a woman who was sloppy and poorly trained.AWFUL.She told me my crown was fractured!Luckily I saw Dr Niles and she informed me that my crown was NOT fractured.Wow.I was recommended to this office but after today I will NOT RETURN.

Reporting to my insurance company. The office signs Onto a dental health plan, that means they agree to charge what co-pay the insurance company sets forth. Not Even Close. Work that should have cost approx $800, they tried charging me $2100!!!! I am outraged! Now I have 1/2 of the procedure done. But, I refuse to go back there. All about the money for him!!! I think He was more livid with me than I was at him!!!! Reporting him and moving on!!!

In addition to my previous comments about his office staff's inability to make a mouth guard that fit me properly, I would like to mention that Dr. Lein's reply was glaring with two pieces of wrong information from his notes of my visits there. Whoever recorded that I was unhappy with my previous dentists' work, and happy with the fit of my night guard from him was seriously out of touch with the truth. In addition, why would I have allowed him to make me a new lower guard, after the $300 top guard I had just purchased, with two unsuccessful tries still did not fit, and being argued with by his office personnel, made me no longer confident in his abilities as a dentist? Also, if the replacement crown for my molar had been made the same size as my natural tooth, my lower guard would have been fine. So frustrating! I haven't even mentioned what he did that turned a front and side teeth brown. When I asked him to fix it, & wanted to know if he was going to charge me for that, a smirk. No.

We were very happy with Dr Lein, his staff and dental hygienist - until coronavirus. After the virus, not everyone in the office is strictly practicing wearing masks - to our disappointment. Dr Lein obviously is not mandating it - or everyone would. We changed to a dentist who cares about our whole health - not just our mouth.

I was so happy with my dental procedures. Dr Lien and ALL of His staff was so professional, friendly and accommodating, I would highly recommend them. Cannot be any happier.

It’s feel like a cocktail hour in there. So many people people and they are having fun. Except for me. I like old way of dentistry, where it’s just me in the chair. Not a row of people getting worked on

This dental practice is extremely dishonest. They claimed to honor my dental plan but received a bill for quite a bit more. When I reported them to my insurance company for not honoring their fee schedule, they padded the bill with an "at home fluoride kit" for my husband and myself. We never received those kits. Also, my husband is elderly with dementia and they pushed him into expensive implants which could have been avoided. My fault for falling for it. The receptionist continued to tell me that I was getting a deal and shouldn't complain (in front of everyone in the waiting room). I complained to Dr. Lein that she embarrassed me and he did nothing because she's his money machine. I spent approximately $18,000 for my husband who could have survived easily with less expensive alternatives. Please stay away from this place. There are many other dental practices to choose from in Jupiter.

All about money use to not be that way sadly! I had a quote for $1600 for something then 2 woks later got a phone call it was $1900 both times said cutting me a deal! Then I went for cleaning dental hygienist said oh u have a cavity a lot of decay! I had xrays the week before! She called the dentist over he said where where?? Didn’t even look at it! I got to check out $925 for a crown!! I got a second opinion NO cavity!!!!!!

Great Dentist!

They bill for services they did not provide and are all in cahoots with each other. They all know they are wrong and just keep hiding behind a computer screen.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Lein and his staff. They are fabulous. I had to have a front bridge . I thought it was going to be so stressful. Or painful. The whole experience has been so wonderful. They have been knowledgeable and understanding of my wants and needs. No pain and my new bridge looks gorgeous. I’m smiling again because of Dr Lein. Also I went for a cleaning today and it was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I love them! My heroes!

Dr. Bruce Lein is by far the most talented, caring, gentle, meticulous, compassionate & experienced Dentist you will EVER find. His entire staff are all highly experienced, friendly, caring & skilled as well! Cleanings, fillings, implants, crowns, full mouth restorations, root canals, dentures, extractions, 2nd opinions- Do not waste your time any further - just go here! You will not be dissapointed!

The best office I have ever been to. The hygientist and assistants are just as knowledgeable as the doctors. They really care about your dental health and what's best for you. Everyone loves what they do and you can tell. I would recommend to all of my family and friends.

I would not recommend this dentist office. They charge you for services they do not provide and then code things that are never correct to the insurance companies so they can double charge you and then want to collect more from you. Also my crown that was made was sent to China and back and it does not even match my teeth in my mouth. RUN!!!.

Very Rude Staff. Not patient friendly.
