The office manager and I had a bit of an argument about my insurance and one question, she was given misinformation and requested that I come into the office again to ask the doctor a simple question about how long it would take before I could return to work. This was upsetting because when we scheduled the surgery she asked me to assist with the insurance and would call with the answer about when I could return to work. Long story short, she canceled my surgery, I couldn't believe it, she gave me nowhere to go, left me in severe pain and discomfort with no referral, and just told me to go to the emergency room!!! I then had to drive 170 miles to find another doctor in Miami. I live on a small island of Key West and we only have 1 urologist and they know that. I had the doctor I found request my pre-op labs so they wouldn't have to be done again, they had a cancelation and could fit me right in only to find out they had shredded some of my labs. I have never heard of anything like th

The problem is the office manager is his wife, so the doctor will not go against her. God forbid you don’t get along with her you won’t get what you need. I was diagnosed with the large kidney stone and went here to have the doctor remove it. this happened on the 20th of December, never a good time to get sick during the holidays. Hoping to schedule this before Christmas, but that didn’t happen so we scheduled it for January 3. I explained on the first that my benefits changed the office manager wife of the Dr asked me if I could assist with the approval process. She asked one of the other girls in the office to give me the codes. I forgot to ask the doctor how many days I would need after surgery before I could return to work, she said she would ask the doctor and call me, never happened. Long story short her and I had a little bit of an argument, and she cancel my surgery. I was never given another doctor just told to go to the emergency room. They really didn’t care and just let me.

Dr Fariss and his excellent team of nurses and administrators helped me survive the aftermath of a near-deadly accident and further radiation damage from prostate treatment. I was patiently guided to a major surgery I needed but feared. He performed it perfectly, and I have greatly improved. I never have to wait long, and they actually answer the phone personally.

Office Staff unprofessional. Dr. Left patient go refusing to properly Refer patient to another Dr. Also refused to treat patients urinary bleeding; previously diagnosed as a urinary tract infection with Antibiotic. Office manager refused to provide name etc.

Office Staff & Nurse rude. Refuse to provide names. Dr. Refused to provide Refferals name- antibiotic etc. My wife was upset with their attitude. Would never recommend.

Mis diagnosed my Husband's condition!!! His diagnosis was overactive bladder, however 3 months later diagnosis stage 3 Cancer!!! We rushed to Mayo clinic (Rochester, Mn)) he received both chemo & radiation, this saved his life and mine!
