I have never had a worse experience with an office in my life. The staff is rude and uncaring. I would not recommend anyone go to this office ever.

Thought he was a decent dentist until I had to get some roots removed. He was rushing to get it done. He was swearing, brought me to tears, was very rude and unprofessional. I left with a fat lip and cut all in my mouth. I will never go back and I do not recommend him at all

Do not go to Dr. Dine – Apr 28, 2021
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Dines?
Had to get 8 teeth pulled out my teeth were neglected I was worried about going to the dentist and have not been to one in years after doing my research and finding Dr. Dines i was very impressed by his experience. I gave his office a call they got me right in. I spoke to Dr. Dines who did an exam on me and took an X ray, Dr. Dines brought me into his office and went over the x ray and everything that needed to be done in great detail. The day of surgery I was worried his staff and him reassured me everything will be ok. I was in and out in 45 minutes i did not really feel a thing. this experience was eye opening and i can easily say if i need more work done i will be back. Thank you so much to the staff and Dr. Dines.

I was worried going to a oral surgeon about my wisdom teeth Dr. Dines made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything that was going to happen he even showed me a video. He was very professional and honest (hard to find in Watertown) and made my mind at ease. The day of surgery he was very calming and told me everything he was doing and got it done in a jiffy. I was in and out in 30 min. Thanks again I will be taking my family there from now on.

Worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. Dr.Dines has no consideration for his patients and is very uncomfortable to be around. I went in for a consultation for wisdom teeth removal and left feeling scared, nervous, and upset. During the consultation he was rude and careless with his words, and told me my surgery would be "very painful and bloody". His bedside manner was horrendous. He also told me that there was no way anesthesia could be used during my procedure. Needless to say I found another oral surgeon.

Probably the worst experience I have had at a dental office in a very long time. Had extractions that I felt every second of with the excuse that the pain was just pressure when in all actuality I was barely numb, the equivalent of the oral gel they use to ease the sting of novacaine. Would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy.

I went in for a consult on my wisdom teeth Dr. Dines sat me down explained my procedure and was very informative. I was completely terrified and his staff as well as him reassured me i was in the best care. He thoroughly discussed my process and risks and i left feeling like i was in the best hands. His staff was so nice I’ve always been scared of the dentist but here it definitely changed my opinion!

Dr. Dines and his staff at Black River Oral Surgery are truly professionals in their work. I was treated with respect and dignity, and well informed of all aspects of my procedure. My questions were answered honestly, in detail. Dr. Dines is incredibly thorough in his work and would not perform the procedure until he had consulted with my other providers to be certain there wouldn't be any complications. My broken wisdom tooth was removed painlessly with just 1 shot of Novocaine in minutes.

My experience with the doctor and his staff was excellent, my tooth was broken off and Dr. Dines got it out in three minutes with ease and no pain. He and his staff work together wonderfully and made me feel as comfortable as they could while sitting in that chair. I didn't even have time to pick up a magazine and read it, thats how quick they got me in which was great as I had no time to wait and worry. GREAT JOB

My son is in his 30's and during his first visit for extractions everything went well,BUT the second visit he had sinus drainage and Dines wouldn't work on him.Dines offered getting all the extractions done in an OR setting so he agreed. While going under anesthesia my son had a serious reaction to the medicine and it scared everyone so we decided to go back to extractions in office. He showed pain due to an abscess and Dines dropped him! NOT impressed! BEWARE!

  • "I have always been uneasy about going to the dentist. Dr. Dines and Dr. Garcia-Rivera put me at ease. There was no long waiting, and Dr. Garcia-Rivera was generous and kind with his time, explaining thoroughly about the procedure to be performed. I suffered no undue pain, and the implant was performed without much discomfort. He also performed extractions which were accomplished before I realized they were completed. I was totally satisfied with his service. ? Dorothy J. Geno, Watertown"
