Dr. Comisar thoroughly explained next steps and did not rush while answering all my questions. My original injury from 11 years ago was very traumatic for me. He understood how upsetting this new change in my shoulder is for me, and he did not dismiss my fears. That understanding and his professionalism are significant for me.

Dr. Comisar came highly recommended to me for sports injuries. Since then he has treated me for one Bicep tear, two ACL tears and one LCL injury. He always explains your injury clearly, the options and his recommendations. He takes time to answer questions and most importantly he always gets me back to 100% quickly.I highly recommend him and his helpful staff.

I walked in with severe pain afterwards I walked out feeling much better. Like having new struts or shocks put on. My knees feel alot better. It's been a good experience. Would definitely recommend.

This was a follow up for reverse shoulder replacement surgery and I am doing great and pleased with the results. This was my first appointment with Dr Comisar for an issue with my left knee. He was very thorough and precise in giving me information on his initial assessment and the procedures that will follow, just straight forward…which I appreciate.

Dr Comisar was able to quickly and accurately diagnose my “frozen shoulder” which I had suffered with for over 3 months. It was such a relief to finally know what I was dealing with. He immediately gave me a cortisone injection and set up a PT recovery plan. Happily moving forward!!!

Dr Comisar is terrific. He listens, understands what you’re concerned about, explains everything in terms the patient understands, and outlines a course of treatment. I have awful shoulders and want to avoid surgery. Dr Comisar is working with me to hopefully achieve satisfactory mobility without surgery. It may come but Dr Comisar is working with me not just jumping to surgery. It may be needed eventually but if so I would only let Dr. Comisar do it. His secretary and MA are great as well
