I had an appointment this morning at 10:20 . I was left in a small room and waited 55 minutes. I got up and asked the receptionist if I needed to reschedule and she said I was next. 10 more minutes waiting I left furious. No reasoning to be waiting that long ! Will never return.

Fantastic doctor, smart and personable. I was nearly covered head to toe with horrible, painful psoriatic lesions when I met her. I'd been to several other doctors without making much progress. She was very kind and seemed to recognize I wasn't an ideal patient. Some of my previous experiences made me self-conscious, a difficult patient. She went right to work and gave me real insights on psoriasis. She taught me about long term management. It's been quite successful. Within weeks, I felt far less pain. I was able to sleep better and resumed a more normal life. I especially appreciated being able to go out in public without covering bleeding lesions. I've been told that on my back, where some of the worst psoriasis had been, you can't tell I _ever_ had psoriasis. When people are sick and in pain, they can get pretty grumpy. I don't know how else anyone could give this doctor or her office less than a 5.
