Myself and my son saw Dr. Bisbee. My son’s ankles pronate badly and his feet point out. Also mentioned he was behind in running and jumping and she completely blew all of that off and told me he was perfectly fine and his ankle bones were straight. Fast forward to now where he’s in PT and getting custom fit orthotics that will take longer to treat because she didn’t know what she was talking about. She also said she would try to get custom inserts approved for me and they never sent it in.

Was not willing to listen to past history of the problem that was the reason for the visit. Recommended I do exact treatment protocol that I have done in the past that didn’t work then and doubtful it will work now.

My mother, husband, & myself strongly recommend Dr. Bisbee having been patients since 2004. Succinctly, we find her professional, knowledgeable, approachable, attentive, enthusiastic, & personable. The staff she has chosen is excellent.

Made a quick diagnosis, advised to take pain meds. sent on my way. no help in finding the cause of the pain. Not good, my impression was they are too busy, have too many patients. The doc is well shielded by her assistants from talking with her patients. once appointment is over you can never talk to her, very inaccessible.
