Shouldn't be in Healthcare
The way you treated my granddaughter, we will never be back. Dr. Page did not want to give my granddaughter a referral to a specialist, even after 6 ear infections. After getting to the specialist, she needed tube's. It's been almost a year, and no more ear infections. Let me guess, you just wanted more doctor visits. That's fine, we will never be back to see you. You shouldn't be in Healthcare.

Do better
Dr. Brittany Page, do better!!!! We will sadly not be returning. It took a lot of time to think about this decision, but it's best for our family. My 2 year old daughter had 6 ear infections in a 3 month time frame. I had to DEMAND a referral from Dr. Page, to go see a specialist for my daughter. The last ear infection she had, her temp got to 104.5. After demanding for a referral, bc Dr. Page initially didn't want to give us one (The only thing I can think of, why she would be against it, is less money for her, if our daughter gets her ear infections under control.) After demanding it, she started to point out my 2 year Olds bruises. Her attitude was very accusing. Then she proceeds to ask me if my daughter plays on hard objects........'ummm, play grounds are made of metal, so yes, we've been to the park'. Dr. Page is very manipulative, unprofessional, and only worried about money. That last appointment, she didn't even remember who we were, even though we've seen her dozens of times.

Dr. Page is very attentive to the needs of my children. She is very thorough and always provides options or alternatives if something is not working the way it should. She spends quite a bit of time at every appointment and is very kind.

The nurse was rude. Spoke to Dr. Page and she got rude as well. Every visit she is very short and rude towards me and my child. Talks over me. Recommended things we didn't need. Then when I declined she tried to then tell my child we need something. The office staff were not attentive and always lost my insurance. We waited over an hour with a scheduled appointment. Very rude
