Dr. Brittany Jones, DO

Dr. Brittany Jones is the most thorough family physician I have dealt with in a long time. I never feel rushed when I see her. She listens and answers my many questions during my appointments. Dr. Jones is calm and steady in her patient approach. She gives 100% every time I see her.

I have never felt so judged and uncomfortable during an appointment in my 44 years. I was searching for a new PCP due to relocation. The great majority of her attention was spent with her face in her computer. She did not seek to understand myself or my rather complicated history. She asked few questions and when I would volunteer info she presented as annoyed. She attempted to add two medications that I did not agree too, but still sent it in. She was belittling and very unprofessional. She demonstrated an attitude of arrogance. She is the furthest thing from understanding the principles of osteopathic medicine and philosophy. It is very hard to find a PCP in this area, but she would not be one that I would recommend. I have never felt so dirty after seeing a doctor. Healthcare in America needs to be fixed. This one visit wasted about $400 of my money for an extremely unsatisfactory result. Perhaps she was having a bad day. However first impressions are important Dr Jones.

She has been guiding me through a very personal health issue and has gone above and beyond to help me By finding me resources and talking to other Healthcare providers she has provided an amazing amount of resources. So very glad I made the transition to her practice.

Why was my appointment abruptly cancelled yesterday with no suggestions for care? I don't have coodies. I have Covid. Does your team care if I die???? I have 3 risk factors for severe disease. While you were gone yesterday, I made an appointment for 5 pm, however, sometime in the afternoon your secretary called and cancelled my appointment without providing an appropriate reason. I am very ill with Covid but was dismissed.

I have been seeing Dr. Jones since she arrived in Blacksburg. My 91 year old mother sees her too. Dr. Jones is very good to my mother, talks to her, and addresses any issues raised. She relates well to people of all ages. The office staff and nurses have always been helpful and supportive.

Dr. Jones is very attentive and knowledgeable. She listened to what I had to say and made the appropriate referrals. She is careful not to recommend testing that isn't needed but willing to follow up when symptoms don't resolve. I strongly recommend Dr. Jones.

Terrible doctor no bedside manner very unprofessional

Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable and kind. Always patient with my questions and goes out of her way to make sure I am comfortable with anything she is doing.

I had Dr. Brittany Jones back in 2018 I remember her smile and every time I went to see her she remember to call me by my preferred name of Jessica Brown since I told her I had gender dysphoria she started me on the right path as well as helped me quit smoking
