Since my retirement in January we were assigned by Tricare to Dr. Vasagar. They got me in for an initial eval but my wife was rescheduled and then Covid happened so everything was cancelled. They called us when they started taking new patients so we got an appointment for her. They called us a few days before and rescheduled. They have done this numerous times this whole year. We had an appt for today because my wife needs to see a specialist tomorrow, they called yesterday and said they needed to reschedule. All because we went hiking on Saturday in PA even though we had no contact with anyone and didn’t stop anywhere till we were at the trails. Complete crap and disregard for our health and well-being. Now our new PCM won’t get her in till February and our insurance won’t do an emergency referral.

I cannot just talk about one visit with Dr. Vasagar, because she is beyond amazing every time I make contact with her, period. Dr. Vasagar is caring and compassionate, empathetic and genuine, and she is super intelligent at that! There has not been an occasion that I have reached out to her and not heard back quickly and professionally, but even better, with true concern for my health. She is unusually great and I highly recommend her to any person, with any need.
