Perfunctory and unintelligible
Doctor is very difficult to understand because she has an extremely heavy accent and when she speaks rapidly, it is almost impossible to understand her. She seems to focus on a test result instead of how that one result fits into me as a complete patient. She also spent the majority of my appointment on her laptop and asking me questions off of her laptop and typing the answer without looking at me for several minutes. My interaction with the office staff, especially over the phone, finds them to be rather dismissive, telling me I should ask one of my doctors for answers to my questions although my question is regarding an exam by Dr Modh. My interaction with the office staff typically gives me the impression I am bothering them when I call the office.

Doctor modh is a good clinician. She is open to talking about concerns. She is open to exploring ways to treat a condition in a non traditional way after the traditional way has failed. I have found her to be very helpful as my clinician. I had serious sinus infections for number of years due to being in a sick building. She did everything she could to help me find a way to work in the environment and stay healthy. She was open to exploring options, eventually one worked and I am so much better!

After trying to get separate authorizations for two specialists seems to be impossible. I went to both of my appointments, only to find out that my appointment, was not going to happen. I could not be seen because the authorization that was requested 2 weeks ago never got processed. The first time this occurred, the medical assistant at Dr. Modh's office admitted she lost the paperwork. The when we spoke to the Office Mgr. she claimed she med. asst. worked on it for 2 weeks and it was the insurance's fault. My neurologist's med. asst, was able with the help of my insurance company to get the authorization. The second specialist the med. asst at Dr. Modh's office said she was the only one in the office. She said she had the answer the phones, and could not do it today. She said, the soonest she could do it was next Wednesday. Dr. Modh should have made sure this got done. I had my insurance take care of it. They care more about me, than my own doctor does. Remember I'm a patient too!!

Office management is in disarray. Making an appointment is difficult because they forget to take their phones off of going to the answering service. Dr. Modh is nice, pleasant, but her medical knowledge is dated. For sniffles and flu she's probably good enough. For anything beyond that, you need to see a specialist. Otherwise she will advise you using data and practices that are no longer current nor sufficient.

She comes off as someone who stole the white coat and roams hospitals like she belongs and nobody called her out for not being a real doctor or medical personnel. She literally added nothing new to my father's case while in the hospital and constantly left me wondering what her point was in being in the room.

I have been to many, many doctors as I have a lot of medical issues, including cancer. Dr. Modh is one of the most compassionate doctors that I have ever come across. She spent time asking me questions and listening to what I had to say. I had left my primary care doctors office because I was so unhappy with the way I was treated, and switched to Dr. Modh, not knowing anything about her. I am so happy that I did! Her nurse is just as wonderful as she is! I couldn't be happier that I switched!
