Dr Mehta is my neurologist and he is awesome. He treated me for a very sensitive condition. I am now fully recovered. His kind and gentle approach was so appreciated. Dr. Mehta has saved my life...twice. Once with a stent in my carotid artery on my neck which was 90% closed and another with an aneurism in my brain. Scheduling procedures was needed as quickly as possible in both instances and they accommodated my location in the second instance, as I had moved. I traveled two hours to have Dr. Mehta perform the procedure rather than find a new doctor whom I didn't know or have a trust in. He is thorough and honest with his patients and I recommend him highly. He doesn't pull punches and will tell you the truth, no matter what it is. The second aneurism could have been missed by other doctors, but he caught it! And in time before it burst and caused a stroke. I'll travel again if needed to see him.

I was referred to Dr. Mehta due to an MRA indicating high grade basilar stenosis. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable and he patiently answered my many questions. What I admired the most was that instead of rushing into an interventional procedure, he referred me for a CTA indicating an MRA can sometimes exaggerate images. He was right on target and the CTA was negative for high grade stenosis. His cautious and non-cavalier approach prevented me from having needless interventional procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Mehta with great confidence.

Dr Mehta took the time to explain every detail of my procedure. He further asked if I had any questions and responded to my every concern, never once rushing to hurry out of the room. He gave me information as to how I can remain as healthy as possible and told me that if ever I had any problems feel free to call him. Very reassuring physician. He's also so gentle!!
