Prescribed cortisone shots for back pain, did the procedure at the surgery clinic in west bend. When submitted to Medicare for payment payment was denied as she told them that this was necessary, if it was not necessary then WHY did she do it! As a result of this Medicare denied the coverage but my Supplmentable insurance covered their part, I have been fighting this for almost 3 years now as it was turned over to a collection agency and is affecting my Credit. I did not ask for this procedure and feel like she took advantage of me. I did not walk into the Surgery clinic and ask for this to be done, she scheduled it for me. I need her to let Medicare know that this was a necessary procedure.

I really miss Dr. Johnson. She was always very pleasant with me and seemed like she actually cared how I was feeling. I wish that I knew where she went because I would go there to see her.

She was so focused on letting me know that I wasn't getting any opioids. I never asked for any. I'd been in pain for over a year. She mislead.me on the process to get a spinal cord stimulator and then when my wife and I came back to question her we had to set an appointment. She wouldn't discuss with us on the phone. She had no answer or reason why she didn't know the process. I would recommend that everyone stay away. She has no bedside manor or compassion for her patients. I just got a letter saying she is leaving Froedert. Good news for future patients in pain. I am a 62 year old patient in long term pain related to three areas of my spine.

Sadly, Dr. Johnson does seem to live up to her one star reviews. She was more interested in keeping her appt time down than getting to know me. She lacks empathy, is rather cold, showed no respect for an elder patient. I should have been told she not prescribe any pain meds before I even scheduled my appt. What was her plan - me going through withdrawal after 20+ years and then what? A post appt phone call to her office revealed it was Cymbalta (been there done that) and behavioral counseling!

Not compassionate, not friendly, does't listen, not worth seeing. She decided what she was going to do before seeing me. Treated me like a convict having me escorted everywhere. Escorted to lab on lower lever, escorted to bathroom while someone stood at the door. Sent me up to 5th floor to make an appointment. Mind you I have problems walking and use a walker, so when I asked to do the lab work on the way out, well that wasn't going to happen. Very COLD Doctor. Don't waste your time.

She had her nurse call me prior to my visit to tell me to not bother coming in because she would not be prescribing pain killers. I was completely baffled! How disgusting that she would assume that was what I wanted and she didn’t feel it was necessary to examine me and sit down with me and talk about my ailments. She is a despicable, disgusting individual that doesn’t deserve the honor of being a doctor let alone, a pain management doctor.

I saw Dr. Johnson one time only for back pain as I have a myriad of back problems. She was so disinterested in me and my pain. She looked at me, without ever seeing me before and said I won't give you narcotics. I didn't ask for narcotics. I asked for pain management; not narcotics. She was awful. I complained to the head of Froedtert.

I saw Dr Johnson for pain management for back problems. First off as a pain management doctor she was not very compassionate at all. Not at all friendly, and she was very condescending. She did seem somewhat knowledgable about my condition , but not like the other doctors I have had in the past at that clinic who worked with me with kindness and compassion. I know my body better than anyone and she doesn't want to listen to what you have to say.....that doesn't work for me. I will be leaving .

I saw Dr. Johnson in Dec. of 2013, I have been dealing with two bulging disks since Nov. of 2012. She told me that I do not have bulging disks and all of my M.R.I's were right in front of her. She told me I'm sorry you have Neuropathy, there's nothing I can do for you. I was just tested for Neuropathy three weeks ago. I could barely walk and was in debilitating pain. I have had 12 epidural steroid injections since then and I'm still in debilitating pain. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
