Find another doctor!!!! Missed several serious medical diagnoses with me. Was very condescending and dismissive. Went to a different doctor/practice and was immediately treated for some major issues, that I had suffered from for years, thanks to Debass

The best doctor in Fairfax area. I travel for couple hours to see her because she’s that good, very through with all her patients and so great what she does excellent job, all my family sees her and I will tell everyone that I know.

In the year 2020, I finally decided to go and get a Physical exam, after dismissing for 4 years. I decided to change my thinking and start the decade with a new mindset. Various providers at the INOVA General Internal Medicine group have attended to my various illnesses but Dr. Debass is by far the best provider in the group. In this day and time, it is hard to find a doctor with a great bedside manner and excellent diagnosing capabilities. It was great to speak to a doctor that listens to your concerns and explains medical conditions. Dr. Debass reviewed my history, asked informed questions, and provided me with a thorough accurate diagnosis and other preventative measures. I do not like going to the doctor! The time Dr. Debass spent with me was well worth it. I would recommend Dr. Debass to anyone looking for a GREAT Internal Medicine doctor. Dr. DeBass is a supreme physician. You will not find a finer doctor. She goes through your records thoroughly to develeop a high level of understanding of your health issues. She is kind and patient as she listens to your needs and will find a solution to your issues. In the past she recognized my throat was swollen and sent me to a specialist. He found 2 nodules on my thyroid as well as hypothyroid issues. She is accurate with her observations and follows through on all the test results.

Up until today I would have given Dr. Debass 5 stars but I had to go to an urgent care clinic today because I couldn't get a same day appointment. I had severe jaw pain and was told that Dr. Debasse had written in my chart that I was not to receive pain meds. I was on pain meds briefly for a leg injury more than a year ago, not prescribed by her, and had no issue with using them or going off of them. So for no reason, I was unable to receive proper medical care. This is simply subpar care.
