Dr. Brianna Serbus, MD

Dr. Serbus is the first doctor I've had that I feel listens to me, believes me and tries to find solutions to my medical problems. She is kind, understanding and takes the time to respond same day if I have questions or concerns. She always explains everything including lab results via MyChart when they come in. I couldn't ask for a better provider.

I was concerned about information I received from a different doctor. She helped me understand it and relieved my anxiety.

I was referred to Dr. Serbus by a friend. I was nervous getting a new family doctor as I had the same one my entire life until he passed away a few years ago. From the first time I met her, she was very personable and easy to talk to. She takes time to listen to my concerns and she genuinely cares about what is going on and works to provide answers and relief. Dr.Serbus is the best doctor! I would recommend her to anyone needing a new family doctor. Dr.Serbus is great with adult and pediatric patients. After checking in at the front desk wait time is usually less than 10 minutes. Dr.Serbus and her staff are very kind. Dr.Serbus and her staff work very hard to provide great patient care and I feel they do that at each and every interaction I have had. I recommend Dr.Serbus to anyone looking into finding a new family doctor.

I have so many wonderful things to say about Dr.Serbus that I have no idea where to start. Dr.Serbus sees myself and my daughter. Dr.Serbus is very compassionate, understanding and kind. Dr.Serbus goes the extra mile for her patients. Dr.Serbus has helped myself and my daughter thru a very rough time in our life and she is the only person that I was comfortable talking to about that rough time with I knew that she would listen to me without any judgement and provide me with the medical treatment I needed. Dr.Serbus cares very deeply about her patients and the care they deserve and need. Dr.Serbus goes above and beyond to treat her patients, if her schedule is full she still adds patients on so that they can be seen and treated. Dr.Serbus and her staff have always been nothing but kind and understanding. I have recommended Dr.Serbus to other people that I know and not one of them has had something bad to say about the care they received. Dr.Serbus is an amazing doctor.

Dr. Serbus is the best doctor I have ever had. She is very knowledgable and thorough. She takes the time to explain your condition and values your opinion on treatment options. She knows her stuff!! Definitely one of the best in the area. She and her staff are like family.

Some of you must have her on a good day because I experience long waits. Unprofessional. She is very unethical. I would stay away if i were you.

I was referred to her for my retired doctor and I had the worst experience I've my entire life. Do not trust this person her and her staff has caused on reversible damage to me and my family.

I love how she runs on time! I don't have to take a half day off of work to see her. She respects my time and is prompt. She is smart, witty, and down to earth. She cares and makes me feel like I am her only patient. Staff is kind and every appointment I feel welcomed and that they know me and care! She has even called after business hours with results so I didn't worry.

Dr. Serbus and her staff are great. They take time to listen and are very accessible when contacted by phone So glad that my husband and I became her patients.

She took over from when my old doctor retired. Dr. Serbus has gotten to know me very well and actually listens! She spends enough time with me to understand what I am going through. She also follows up, personally even when I had a crisis. I have never had this before. I recommend her 100% to anyone. She does tend to book out sometimes, but it is worth the wait. Also, if she is full, ask the nurse to see if she can squeeze you in. She will try her best!

Terrible experience. She took over when my old doctor retired. I found it hard to get any help when i really needed it. Her staff did not listen well and only prolonged needed medical attention.
