Find a new primary she is not worth it.
Always late and she has the gall to charge my son a $25 dollar copay for a so called missed appointment when he cancelled the appointment on their site. If a doctor needs to fleece a young adult for $25 dollars I would avoid her practice. He will be going to my primary physician now.

Do NOT recommend.
My PCP had retired and Dr. Riccobono was recommended. I scheduled an appointment for my yearly physical. I found this doctor to be condescending and unfriendly. Also, I unfortunately suffer from insomnia due to anxiety. I had been prescribed medication for this which I have been taking for a while. Dr. Riccobono refused to renew my prescription without a thorough explanation and told me to see a psychiatrist! which to me is very irresponsible. I do NOT recommend this Doctor.

I changed primary doctors for the first time in 35 years. Dr. Riccobono was very professional and efficient. I have recommended her several times to other friends.

Very good first experience
I went to Dr. Riccobono for a yearly physical for the first time. She was thorough, pleasant, listened and asked questions. She ordered the appropriate tests and gave me some recommendations. If you’re looking for a primary, I would say yes.

A long wait for a little information
She has few people skills and does not make you feel welcome .she answers every question with a question and gives no answers. She does not rush you out of the office and does go over your chart but that should’ve been done before you came in not while you’re there .I did not have a pleasant experience with her
