Dr. Brian Ulmer, MD

Dr Ulmer does not really see patients. Kristie has always seen me. My last visit she went to her make changes in my insulin which caused a huge problem and I tried contacting her but she was on vacation. Dr Ulmer was contacted by his nurse who made another change and told me if my numbers go over 180 to call. They went over 300 within 8 hours and I never received ANY contact....not ever! Apparently there is absolutely no concern at all with caring for old overweight type 2 diabetics there. But I have had it with their lack of care and concern. I have switched to another dr who was appalled at the lack of care and concern and is now looking into what went wrong and is closely monitoring my situation and getting my numbers and health back to what it was and should be. The best thing in that office is the lovely lady at the front desk. She is a real compassionate person.

I am so suprised to see anything but 5 stars for Dr. Ulmer! He is incredibly patient, kind, (hard to get in for an appointment), no wait once you're in, lots of personalized advice- and his Advice as a diabetic is the most insightful!
