DO NOT TRUST Dr Sandler
Do not trust that this doctor will do a competent full body exam. Did my scan while standing up in a dimly lit room. He missed basal cell AND Melanoma on me. Billing with office manager communication was also an issue. I never leave reviews but this one may save a life.

Dr Sandler such a great practitioner and so knowledgeable. He’s patient and goes the extra distance to help with your skin condition- he doesn’t just do the same thing over that doesn’t work but uses new treatments that are potentially beneficial that he’s kept up to date on with his studies. Great and professional caring doctor!!

HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER. Never Going Back.
NEVER GOING BACK! His ratings are 2.5 of 5! That says it all. I arrived on time & sat 5 min when they took me, as waiting room was empty. I wait 37 minutes in a paper gown, freezing! Why? Sandler arrived, gave results of the 3 biopsy’s on my skin. He explained a bit of Grovers Disease but had nothing really to say. He suggested steroids 3x and 3x I said I'm ALLERGIC. I kept asking questions and he answered a few, then got up & left the room. I waited thinking he would be right back and he never did! A woman came back and said the appt was done! I said I still have several questions and he was supposed to do an incision on my eye as well!! She said , he is already with a new patient. I SAID HE NEVER EVEN SAID GOODBYE! I said I WILL WAIT. She said NO. He is not coming back. I SAID “HORRIBLE for a doctor! That is HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER! She said, here is your Rx…I left it on the chair and said I would never come back to him again, ever.” Do Not Go to HIM- HE IS TERRIBLE.

I'll never go back
I waited an hour past my appointment time and then 15 more minutes in the exam room. He was very arrogant and said that he has to wait over an hour to see his doctor and that's just medicine. I will never return. I gave him a one star only because there wasn't an option for negative stars.

Horrible
Bad experience all around. The only reason I chose 2 stars is that Kara (his PA) is great. Dr. Sandler is rude and it's very clear that speed equals more money. They overbook and don't care how long people wait. Communication about the procedure that I was having was horrible. I had no idea that I was getting staples until the first staple was put in. I can only assume it's because it's faster than stitches. There is something to say about Doctors that can't look you in the eye when talking to you. It's my fault that I went back to him for a 2nd procedure. The experience was worse the 2nd time. Go elsewhere. You've been warned.

HORRIBLE DR, RUDE, ARROGANT...DONT BOTHER GOING..
My 94 year old mother had a cancerous mole removed from the top of her hand. My sister let the staff know advanced dementia and can't answer simple questions or remember what was told to her. Dr. Sandler doesn't let anyone in the room other than the patient Fast forward, my sister went into the room with my mom and then Dr. Sandler told my sister it's time for her to go back to the waiting room now. Dr. Sandler gave my sister a prescription to get filled, which she forgot to fill for 1.5 days, my moms hand looked good on day two, which is when she was stated on antibiotics but we were all shocked to see Dr. Sandler closed my moms wound with 4 staples on a hand that is frail, thin. Day 3, my moms had was getting very swollen and red, we called the Dr, sent a picture and was told that it looked normal and was healing, by early evening my moms hand was much more swollen and the red was spreading.Mom ended up getting admitted to the hospital for 12 days, with a horrible staff infection.

I seriously never ever leave reviews for anything. However i am so upset with this Dr. Oh wait I'm more of a Dr. than he is. Dr Sandler you need to go back to medical school! My mother saw you this morning at the Orion office. You were her second so called dermatologist. Not only did you completely miss diagnose her symptoms but you rushed her out of there as if in a hurry. It would be different if it was your mother. Seriously a nurse practitioner properly diagnosed her. You are a joke.

I went to see Dr. Sandler for a cyst to be removed, but when I got there the cyst had improved and it didn't need to be removed. I asked him about another skin issue I was having and he said that I would have to make another appointment for him to evaluate. I was his last appointment of the day and he said that he is a 5:00 kind of guy. Meaning he wanted to go home. I waited a 1/2 hour past my appointment time just to see him.I will be looking for another Dermatologist. Don't waste your time

Pretty disgusted w/the level of care here! I'm hoping to put it all behind me soon- I am now under more competent hands. THANK GOD- Incompetence, negligence, and lack of care don't even begin to describe what I experienced here. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE.. If you have cancer watch out! The negligence & misinformation is beyond words. Please Research. Be smarter than I was. I don't want anyone else going through what I went through. Some don't even realize- that's the sad part.

Was referred by another Dr. Had to have face cancer removed. Dr. was ok. Wait was extremely long. After surgery received a bill I was unaware of. Apparently my insurance was not covering the full amount. I paid 90%. I was told in letter, attached to bill, that I could not come back unless bill was paid. I have never gone back for a follow up. I was to embarrassed. I kept the letter.
