Rude & Dismissive
Went in for edema, palpitations & SOB plus worsening nerve & muscle issues. Was rude from the moment he walked in. He barely touched my leg (to check for pitting edema) no other examination other than listening to heart & lungs. Decided that I was just fat (no swelling) & a complainer. My edema is obvious & has caused a 30 lb weight gain. Stated on visit notes things were normal (never checked) or symptoms were negative when I said I have those symptoms. Labs came back abnormal & glossed over it. Horrible bedside manner. Acted like I was wasting his time. Second opinion Dr confirmed serious health issues.

I was very disappointed. He acted like I was taking up his time. He may be knowledgeable but , I found him very rude. I would not recommend him.

Nurses won’t call back. Appointments are 2 weeks out for an emergency. Office has cancelled me 3 times. PA is useless and refers you to doctor instead.

I was a patient of Dr. Reagans years ago and was sad to see him leave. I was very pleased to see that he has returned and am a patient again. Thank God because I was very frustrated when dealing with new doctors. Dr. Reagan listens to your concerns and then comes up with a logical plan to address the problems. Recently saw him and was extremely happy with his approach and knowledge. I would highly recommend him to anyone and appreciate a doctor who has your health and concerns in mind.

I did not feel confident in the way he dealt with pre-existing conditions. Ignoring symptoms that were there. I am going to be looking for another Primary Care Physician. I got the feeling that if I had a serious health condition he would not do the due diligence to get to the bottom of it.
