Poor Policy and Communication
Even though my visit with Dr. Rajca was OK! Not particularly overwhelmed with his presence, my bigger issue was with his billing department.While my insurance company claimed that Dr. Rajca’s office was required to bill my insurance, office insisted I pay up front.Also, while my insurance indicated my responsibility would be under $100.00, Rajca’s office claimed I was required to pay around $200.00. Too many “Red Flags!”

As a new patient he was totally prepped on my medical history. Spent 40 minutes discussing and setting a plan for treatment. Highly recommend. Great listener and analyzer.

I had a good experience with Dr Rajca in 2022 for a colonoscopy. Sadly I can’t say the same for my 2923 endoscopy visit. The procedure should very conflicting results. I had to ask for an appointment which didn’t explain much better. Dr Rajca showed little concern and took me off my medication, which my primary care physician now clearly explained why I continued to need it. Will go to another endo doctor in the future .
