Poor experience. I don't usually leave bad reviews because I want to give people the benefit of the doubt. I did that for three months. He does not have an office staff that answers the phone. I would call on different days of the week at different times. The message machine tells you not to leave more than one message because they say it makes it harder to return calls. I would leave only one message. They don't return calls. I had to call patient advocacy each time to get my call returned by his staff. My daughter was told that she was going to get a scope next to try to find her problem. The instructions never came. She found out that she was scheduled for a consultation. She had already been given her last test results and wanted to get to the next step to diagnose her problem. If we had any hope of being able to communicate with his office we would be able to see what the consult was for but they are unreachable. We made to decision to start with another Doctor becaus

Dr. Pugh knows what he is doing. People seem to have left bad reviews because they thought he was arrogant or condescending but who cares if he is arrogant. He is a great Dr and that is what matters. After seeing numerous Dr’s and them ALL telling me my problem was my fault, but, they said it in a really nice way, Dr. Pugh actually figured it out and saved my life. If not for him I would be dead. Also, Dr’s are not there to make you feel all fuzzy inside, that’s what puppies are for.

I have had issues since 2013. I had a colonoscopy, and Dr. Pugh was so nice and helpful. He got to the bottom of the problem, and I am on my way to a recovery I have wanted for quite some time. I would highly recommend Dr. Pugh and his staff

Dr. Pugh was among the worst healthcare experiences I've had. You wait for a long time before you see him, then when he comes in he plays on his iPad for another 10-15 mins before he'll talk to you. Then it felt like he and the nurse would have a conversation while asking for some things from you. I never got explanations for procedures or treatments, just a take this and we'll see what happens. Extremely frustrating. Would never recommend him for any kind of care.

Very poor experience with him and his staff. Completely unsatisfied with their unhelpful, uninterested attitudes. Dealing with their billing is a nightmare. Treated me very poorly and were very rude. Aweful experience as a whole.

Very dissatisfied. Did not feel confident in his abilities to treat the condition. When asked questions, spoke condescendingly and made to feel like an idiot. Very arrogant. At a 2 hour appointment, spent less than 15 minutes with the doctor. Current doctor retired, and was looking for a new doctor to treat Crohn's. Didn't ask questions about the longstanding condition, yet wanted to completely change the treatment plan with little to no explanation as to why.
