Dr. Brian Pratt, MD

Dr.Pratt has established himself as a much sought after physician. The comments about not being able to get an appointment reflect the number of patients wanting to see him. Make an appointment BEFORE you have an urgent need. Request to see Dr.Pratt. Then you will become an established patient. You will find the office extremely efficient and an office manager who keeps the concern of the patient as their #1 priority. I’ve personally seen him (and the handpicked mid levels) at least 10 times. He doesn’t always tell me what I want to hear but he always puts my health first. I always look at places with a critical eye on “how can you improve?” The only thing I can think about is that he doesn’t always have parking spaces near the entrance. I have been met with a wheelchair and allowed to park like a VIP under the covered entrance. I have also observed staff compassionately helping a patient find transportation back home. He’s the real deal!

I have been going to Dr Pratt’s office since spring 2022. I have been so very pleased with every aspect of the care I have received. The staff that answers the phone and sets up appointments is always kind and considerate. I have never been told we can’t see you today! That’s awesome. Upon arrival I am checked in and always taken into an exam room to await a physician. I only sat in the waiting room one time and that was to have blood drawn for my yearly exam (just a short wait) and headed home soon. I recommend the NPs and/or PAs. I haven’t yet met Dr Pratt but I feel sure he’s is an excellent physician. His whole staff are the best and I am happy to have found the practice of Dr Pratt for my healthcare needs.

The staff he has working for him are extremely rude and disrespectful. Melinda lies to cover up not doing her job and filling orders. they were supposed to fill a script for me and lied about it to refuse to fill it. Now someones health is in jeopardy as we fight to find another care provider. DO NOT go to this practice at all costs!

Dr. Pratt and staff are top notch. Not everything in a medical visit can be pleasurable but the staff at Clayton family medicine go above and beyond for their patients! Wait times are expected as the care you receive is worth waiting for! With covid I seen this office take a hit- staff showed up and showed out! Would defiantly recommend for primary care and quick visits!

Relocated/retired-scheduled annual wellness visit/ physical- free per Medicare Guidelines. No physical offered or received. Was required to come back for bloodwork for which there were no irregularities except hereditary non medicated>cholesterol. Required to come back again for review of blood test results to discuss “no problems” with nice NP. Office billed hundreds above what Medicare reimburses for this Medicare “free” visit. I was given NO physical exam ever, only bloodwork. Subsequently, I had a breakthrough Covid infection and was charged an additional $60 cash for that test and possibly for another office visit tho I never went inside and had my test from the car. Now with a real problem-no concern from doc or follow up. My pre retirement job (20 +yrs) I was an educator and patient advocate for 11 counties in S GA. Would never go to this doc again and will report this to Medicare since their office would not resolve. Very disappointed.

I have been going here since last year, and the experience has deteriorated. It's next to impossible to get an appointment with Dr. Pratt, but they will attempt to make you an appointment with a NP. Experiences with them can be hit or miss, and you can feel rushed through these appointments. All in all, I would recommend seeing another physician for routine and ongoing treatments, and leave this office for last-minute things (ie: strep tests, COVID tests, and other basic things)

Outstanding practitioner. Always takes his time during visits. His new practice has given him the ability to vastly improve the quality of the visit. I highly recommend him.

Always attentive, direct in his approach to get my health on track and very professional. He is a very good family doctor and has a caring demeanor.

Had a 11:30 appointment got there at 11:15 and that did not see me the lady at the front changed my appointment time so she would not get in trouble after I showed it to her in my phone so I missed a day of work she is so unprofessional and just rude
