Best Pain Management Doctor
I had to write a review about Dr Pekkerman not only is he a great doctor but he is caring and compassionate. I left a messsge for him to call me and he called me right back and I felt so much better talking with him. Thanks Dr Pekkerman for all you do.

The staff and doc aren’t in sync with each other. I don’t know what is their system to see each patient. After the girl took my vitals, told me doc will see me in a few mins. I waited for 1/2 an hour. In the mean time, he’d come out of one room and enter another. I checked with the front desk to find out when is my turn. She didn’t know the answer. This is where the problem started. She went to locate him and told me he’s on the phone and he’ll see me next. Actuality he was with a patient. When he finished with the patient, and escorted him out, then he entered another room. This is the confusing part for me. How does the staff monitor which patient is next? If they’re running late then they should tell the truth. An hour after my apt time, I was upset and I left. On my way home, the staff called me to come back the doc is free now. Time is no value for this office. Lots of girls work there but they don’t communicate well. I never heard the doc ask any of them which patient is next. So very disorganized and unprofessional office.

my last stop
Him and his staff couldn't be kinder. I hope that he can help me with my pain. He so far seems kind and compassionate. The person that called me to book my procedures was a beautiful soul. I think her job is very important because people come to her feeling pretty hopeless. She was very sweet and supportive. Thank you. I would highly recommend him.

WORST PRACTICE EVER. DR PEKKERMAN HIRES DISGUTING STAFF WHO TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP, ARGUE WITH YOU, AND NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR ANYTHING. HE DOESN'T CARE. ON THE DAY OF MY PROCEDURE, IN WHICH THEY TOLD ME TO ARRIVE AT 7:30 FOR AN 8 AM APPOINTMENT FOR "TRIAGE", I SAT IN THE OFFICE WAITING ROOM UNTIL 10 AFTER 8, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE DOCTOR WASN'T EVEN IN YET! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WHAT A LOSER. WHAT A JOKE. HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HIS 7:30 PATIENT SITTING IN THE HOLDING AREA, OR ME, SITTING IN HIS OFFICE. IF HE CAN BE SO RUDE, AND UNCARING, WHO WANT HIM? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE WITH EVERY OUNCE OF YOUR BEING. RUN FOR THE DOOR! HORRIBLE DOCTOR

Was referred to Dr. Pekkerman for my neck pain. He was very pleasant and nice. Reviewed and discussed my MRI with me and came up with a clear plan to help me feel better. Already starting to feel improvement with physical therapy and meloxicam which he prescribed. Would definitely recommend.
