extremely disappointed with his rudeness
I was there for an annual physical. When he walked in and started writing on his computer asking me questions about my current condition, he suddenly asked me, so why have not come to see me in a year. I told him that perhaps it was because I had not felt sick during the year. he immediately started telling me that he had already spent at least 10 minutes writing about my current conditions. He said 'so I have to find out from you was has transpired of your visits to other doctors. There is no way I have time to conduct a physical exam at this time. You will have to re-schedule in three months if you want, it is up to you I really don't care. He said that medicare requires that a patient my age (76) is required to see his primary every 3 months. I told him that it was something which I never heard. In fact medicare recommends follow up with a doctor if it is medically necessary,if they help monitor, diagnose or treat a health condition. (unable to finish review due to form restrictions

I have been very ill over the past 2 years, Encephalitis, immune disorder etc. I have been seeing Dr . Nuygen for the past 3 years. I saw him about a month ago, he walked into the room chomping his gum, went straight to the Computer and looked at me and told me I had gained weight and to get some exercise, when I can barely walk. Walked out of the room, told me he didn't need to see me again then handed me a paper for blood work. Remember I have been very sick, did he care? Not one bit! This man is a Narcisse and I would never recommend him to ANYONE! I have had my share of Drs, and know how to wean out the bad ones ??????

Never rushes, always ask if there is anything else I need to discuss and do I need refills. He is caring, friendly and takes time to explain what is wrong and the options. He is books months ahead and has added another doctor to his staff.

My sister for whom I am caregiver was assigned this practice when her doctor retired. At the time her designated physician was Dr. Christine Nguyen. (Dr. Christine is not found on Healthgrades.) I cannot recommend these doctors. She has seen Dr. Christine maybe 2-3 times, never Dr. B Nguyen. Searches for their credentials turn up little-NO Board Certs. The only thing Dr. Christine said to her is "you are fine, keep doing what you're doing" and hugged her. She's not fine; has new doc now.

I personally chose Dr. Nguyen to be my parents' provider and I am so fortunate to have them under the care of not only a brilliant doctor but more importantly, a truly compassionate and caring one at that.. That is a rarity these days.. My mother loves him!!

I have already recommended him to two families because they were interested in what I had to say about Dr. Nguyen AND his staff. He became our new doctor starting Jan 2017. After going through a number of doctors that left us less than satisfied in all manners, Dr. Nguyen was great from our first meeting (I have seen him 3 times now). He is straight to the point and asks for my imput, has plenty of time for me and my questions, strikes me as sharp and knowlegable. we feel comfortable with him

I've been to different drs and have never met better dr and staff like this office. They definitely treat you like you are apart of their family. I've been with dr for 12 years now and don't plan on changing. I don't know about the comment below, but i have never had an issue with my medications or rudeness from this office staff, dr or pa's.

The office staff unprofessional and uncaring. Had a very bad experience trying to get medication that THEY prescribed for my 90 year old father who just got out of hospital and is in pain. Meds, mind you THAT office prescribed on Thursday. They called me Friday, 10 min before they closed for the weekend to come pick up written prescription and they would NOT be open past noon nor would they wait a few minutes. Now he will suffer through the entire weekend. I would NEVER recommend.

He has treated me effectively for high cholesterol for many years. I have never been in the hospital under his care so I cannot comment about that. I trust his knowledge and willingness to answer questions and explain why thinks work. I like the PA he has and see her most of the time for minor things and see him if I have a new problem. I choose who to see when I set up the appointment.

This place is great if you just need a blood pressure check. However, if you truly need medical attention (as in a 96 year old that fell) PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. They will not follow up with the results of the x-ray, will not provide information on how to treat the pain, and then they literally LIED about the results. The x-ray lab forwarded the results to their office on a Thursday. Dr. Nguyen claimed that they didn't get the results until Monday. The doc thought nothing of that. INSULTING!
