I have been trying for 8 days to confirm an appointment time and address I(there are a million different addresses for him listed online on his website.) I finally got a phone message stating I should call back to confirm my appointment at RICHMOND. Richmond where? What time? I have to call a cab to get there and I need to give the driver exact instructions as he may not be familiar with the area. I understand that he has a very heavy workload, but maybe he should consider hiring more staff to handle appointments. Finally, if you are going to advertise online, at least clean up all outdated info.

Dr. Mignola is excellent. His staff is absolutely horrific. They make going to the DMV seem like a pleasurable experience. They have been on vacation from answering the phones for OVER A MONTH. They just threw the answering machine on saying the office is closed, even during business hours. Not only that, but they badmouth patients in front of other patients, never follow up when they say they will, and screw up my prescriptions regularly.

He is very thorough. We have been going to him for years, and can't remember ever having an issue with his care. On occasion the wait time has been long.
