RUDE and waste of time and money
Don’t bother going here. I was at the hospital for a migraine, and need to see a neurologist to get on medication. My plan requires I see a primary doctor first and this place was on my hospital paper. Long story short, the front desk was first unprofessional goofing around. Forgot to give me my ID back and it WAS IN HER POCKET. I see the doctor and it’s a huge waste of time, he tells me “Call if you need anything!” Well, I need a referral to a neurologist in my network and so I call for 3 weeks, leave messages and nothing in return. In fact, they now HANG UP ON ME when I answer. I’ve not been rude to anyone, I can’t even talk to anyone to be rude. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. They were going to call me next week to tell me what my blood report came back at, which the hospital did so it’s a clear money grab why they wanted to do it but I’ve never had a place charge me to go over healthy bloodwork. I refuse to deal with this place or doctor any further

Great, even phenomenal doctor. Amazing nursing staff, front desk does not care whatsoever. Paperwork copies not kept, telephone lines never working, and messages not returned.

Dr Brian Lee is my doctor and I've now tried for months to get a hold of the office. I've left messages with the answering service and have left numerous messages on their voice-mail. 6 attempts and nobody will return my calls. I needto be seen but nobody will call me back. I don't know what else I can do.

Five weeks to get a referral. The pho was not answered. No responses to email. The receptions simply snapped that they don't look at emails and listen to messages. I repeat - this went on for 5 weeks.

Look, if you are a patient of Dr. Lee expect to wait. Why? Because when you do get to see him, it's about YOU. Dr. Lee will never rush a patient, and he'll listen to everything you need to say. He'll sit and look you in the eyes and not have his face buried in a tablet or notebook. He has incredible beside manner and treats patients like patients, not customers or numbers. Try to get that treatment from a SWMC or Healthcare Partner doctor. He's my doctor s long as he's practicing.

I met Dr. Lee through my pain management doctor. Dr. Lee is an excellent doctor. If it wasn't for him I would be dead by now. He helped me out with all of my medical problems. He found out what was wrong and fixed it. I've been seeing Dr. Lee for 8 years and I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone. He's the kind of doctor that does not look at his watch and gives you his full attention. The wait time maybe a little bit longer but again he listens he hears you and then he helps you. Thanks

Waited over an hour and still didn't see a doctor. I explained I have been waiting almost 1 1/2 hours and the solution was to reschedule 2 weeks out. This is not the way you treat people. I have been going here for 7 years. Today was my last time.

Long wait time even with an appt. I have been to 5 visits and have never seen Dr Lee. His PAC Alan always handles all appointments. They won't give a refill on prescriptions until you make an appointment and pay for an office visit. Make sure you don't run out of your meds.

I made an annual physical appt. Lee required an appt. @ $340 before ordering standard tests... was a chat. Two weeks later on Dec 14 after no call as Lee promised, I called & was told they don't make follow up appts. I asked how I would know if the tests were received or reviewed and the rude desk guy said to assume no issues if I didn't get a call. When I asked for an appt. he said they were not taking appts. until Jan 2017. The worst experience in 35 years of getting annual physicals.

Dr. Lee and his staff are some of the most incompetent nit wits I've ever experienced. My blood pressure was under control when first arriving at this office. When I dedcided I had enough, my next doctor told me that my blood pressure, diabetes, and chloestrol were all through the roof. My blood pressure was so out of whack that I had to see a cardiologist. In this case I wouldn't recommend this office to handle a common cold. Totally dissatified. Typical wait time is 1 hour. No blood work done
