Dr. Brian Kindred, MD

My primary care physician first recommended him 8 years ago. Dr. Kindred's helped me with several concerns and we've recommended him to others. Everyone's pleased at the time he takes, his eye contact, listening skills, and gentle kindness. No one ever feels rushed. You may have had drs.' offices who book 6 - 8 people in an hour, and have the dr. come in so they can sign off on what the nurses and techs pre-screened. This is not that type of office. I was sent to that type of office for a workplace injury. Eventually it healed, but it was not from quality care.

Did not rush appointment, explained diffeence of opinion on treatment options from 2nd opinion, I think he is a very thorough and conscientious doctor.

His bedside manner was good but my 'simple' trigger finger surgery was not. 2 years later I still have a lump where he went into my palm and it took over a year before I had full, unpainful motion in the finger. I was advised by a family member to go to a hand specialist and should have taken that advice!!

We have had Dr. Kendred for several surgeries on different members of our family. He is the best. Out of 7 surgeries, we have no problems. Still to this very day.

I had a hip replacement about one year ago. I am very appreciative of Dr. Kindred, his staff and my recovery. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation recommending Dr. Kindred.

Accommodating and pleasant staff. Dr. Kindred was kind and clear with an appropriate plan of action. Very pleased.

Dr Kindred did a Conformis knee replacement on me 9 months ago. It’s great being able to walk as much as I want and not be in pain. Other than some mild post operative swelling my knee is doing great. I am so happy I had a knee replacement done. He also did a hip replacement on me 16 years ago. It is still doing great also. Dr Kindred gets an A Plus from me. His attention and care for me at the patient level has been great. I have gotten multiple cortisone shots up to knee replacement and those have always been pretty much pain free. They have that down to a science and it never bothers me getting one. I have never ever had one bad experience at his office. I would recommend him highly!!!

He's an amazing surgeon. He told me what to expect. And his staff was just as amazing!! Want a great orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Brain Kindred is the best. Thank you and your staff!!! For getting me back on my feet. And I'll see you in December for my right knee!!

He is friendly and competent.

Exceptional bedside manner. He took time to calm my anxiety and make me feel at ease about getting an injection. He knew exactly what my pain was coming from and had a good solution for me. I will be back!

I broke my clavical on a Saturday and called Monday to see if I could get an appointment. He got me.in that day and had surgery the following day on Tuesday. Dr. Kindred and his team did a phenomenal job. It's two weeks later and I'm back to normal. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kindred.

I went to him for knee pain and he figured it out after 3 other physicians had failed. Great bedside manner and truly cared about my recovery! Really listened to my concerns.

My self, and other family have been patients of Dr. Kindred's since 1998. I personally have had wonderful care from him and his staff. He's did my son's ACL survery in 2014. He was back to sports in no time. My sister had a knee surgery in '98 and has been great since then. We have been very pleased with how thorough and caring he and his office are. Its a drive but, also seeing him at the Research Medical Brookside location. When you find a good doctor, you'll go where they are.
