Dr. Hill is an excellent doctor very friendly very attentive to all of your needs only doctor, I know that calls before and after personally to see how everything went. A1 great doctors greatest doctors I’ve ever had recommend them fully 100% to anyone that Shoulder problems. Dr. Hill has done surgery on both of my left and right shoulders.. Dr. Hill was great. He explained everything to me about my condition, never felt rushed. Was attentive to my concerns. I’m still recovering but I believe the surgery he performed will be successful. So far no surprises. His PE Erik was also excellent.

I have had two shoulder replacements on my right shoulder by another surgeon, not in Palm Beach Orthopedic Institute. They both failed. Dr. Hill was highly recommended to me and I have only accolades for him & his staff. He is an amazing surgeon as well as a very kind doctor and his staff are equally amazing. I have never met a doctor or staff like his and I’ve had my share of orthopedic surgeries. I am so thankful a friend told me about him. My third surgery on my shoulder was to correct the fractured screws and put in correct ball & plate size. Surgery went great, 3 weeks in and I’m doing great! Erik D’Orlando, Dr. Hill’s PA was also so very kind & knowledgeable. PBOI is a wonderful practice and I wish them continued success. Thank you Dr. Hill and staff for being the best there is!

Went to Dr. Hill for a second opinion regarding shoulder replacement surgery. There was no comparison between the professionalism, office staff, utilization of state of the art technology and level of care offered by Dr Hill and his team vs the first surgeon I consulted. I am grateful that I was referred to Dr. Hill. I was able to make a confident decision to proceed with the surgery and have had no regrets. I would highly recommend.

Very professional but very personable. He has a great attitude. His support staff are disappointing - no follow through with requests for signatures, but I’d highly recommend him because it is very important to feel confident with your doctor.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hill for any shoulder issue. I saw him as a second opinion and was very impressed. He reviewed my X-ray and was able to show me the problem. He discussed option with me. Cortisone shot and kick the can down the road, do nothing or replace the shoulder. No hard sell on doing surgery over other options. Surgery went well and recovery has been much easier than I expected. Dr. Hill's whole staff is so friendly and helpful. His PA, Erik D'Orlando has done follow up appointments and is also excellent. Overall it has been a great experience.

Dr. Hill and his staff take the time to listen and that led to the best surgery to finally alleviate my shoulder pain after 15 years and two prior surgeries with other doctors where I felt more like a number. Dr. Hill took the time to research my situation and made a recommendation for Hemiarthroplasty that not only eliminated my pain but gives me the best chance of never having surgery again. Great doctor and staff! Completely satisfied.

More than a year ago, Dr. Hill replaced my right shoulder. Ten years of pain, weakness, and incapacity were finally corrected permanently. During that time, he was conscience about keeping up with my post-surgical progress and continued to monitor my post-surgical pain levels. Three weeks ago, He operated on my left shoulder: bone spur removal, labrum repair as well as reconnection of my bicep muscle. The recovery time is--as always--driving me crazy with boredom. Though I am retirement age, I am accustomed to an active lifestyle. I continue to trust in Dr. Hill's recommendations for post-surgical range-of-motion activities are a great help. They are sent in emails on a frequent basis and illustrated with easy to follow diagrams. He works with my physical therapist, coordinating my progress. He is positive and genial when I meet with him--patient with my questions and requests for information. I recommend him as a skilled shoulder surgeon.

I searched for Neusurgen Orthopedists and selected Dr Hill. I was very pleased to have done so. Besides Dr. Hill's highly qualifies for this specialty, Dr. Hill's, patience, professional approach, and mostly warm caring atmosphere stand out in comparison with other specialists I have been to. I am very pleased to have him as my shoulder problem care physician.

Dr. Hill is very approachable very pleasant very competent in his manner. His staff is all great, right on top of everything having to do with the surgery and the scheduling all of those details. My only complaint is with the billing practices. The surgeon demands payment before the surgery and before they file a claim into the insurance. The surgeon partly owns the surgical facility where he performs operations, which also demands payment before service and before insurance. I had to take out a credit line to settle these fees two days before my surgery. This was very stressful and made even more so by the fact that I was over billed IN ADVANCE more than $1200. Now I am in the position of trying to clawback the overpayment. A lot of excuses about how the insurance company is slow to process claims and they can’t reimburse me until that process completes. Note: insurance companies disapprove of this billing practice. Providers are supposed to wait until claims are processed.

Dr. Hill was extremely attentive to my condition. He diagnosed my shoulder issue very clearly and the subsequent treatment options. I elected to have my rotator cuff surgically repaired. Dr. Hill called me directly the day before surgery. He explained the procedure, what to expect pre and post operatively, what the recovery would look like, and next steps. The procedure went great. Everything is progressing as expected and I look forward to starting physical therapy to take my recovery to the next level. Thank you, Dr. Hill. I appreciate your professionalism, surgical skill, and genuine concern for my best interest.

I was very hesitant to get surgery in Florida when I was supposed to leave for New York where I live but Dr. Hill was recommended to me and after meeting with him and his staff I felt so reassured to stay and have Dr. Hill do surgery on my rotator cuff that was torn in four places. He explained my injury and the surgery and I felt so comfortable with him and his vast knowledge and compassion that I elected to stay and have him do the procedure. It was the right decision and I highly recommend Dr. Hill.

Dr. Hill and his PA Eric did a great job repairing my shoulder. They were very professional. I appreciate the added phone calls to check in before and after surgery. I am very active and they gave me guidelines on how I can safely and progressively get back to my routine.

In my pre surgical meeting with Dr. Hill he answered all my questions and drew me a Picture to show me what he needed to do, which was really Helpful...I couldn't have felt in better hands! Dr. Hill came highly recommend to me, but 5 stars are not enough. He and his staff were professional and informative all the way through this surgery. I always knew what to expect next. They were sympathetic to my fears and somehow managed to help me relax. I cannot imagine how I would have gotten through without them. I followed their recovery plan and experienced a minimal amount of pain. What more can I say, they are the BEST!

Dr. Hill and his staff are excellent. Dr. Hill showed compassion and his staff quickly got me scheduled for surgery. Dr. Hill made sure I understood my medications and what I could expect during my recovery. My new favorite doctor!
