Dr. Guillory was on-call when I went into labor for my first child (June 2021). He was incredible and provided exceptional care to me and my baby during our (complicated) delivery. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with Dr. Guillory and the nurses at St. Tammany Hospital

Dr. Brian Guillory has become like family. He is professional, loving, thorough, proactive, and passionate. You’ll need to have your questions ready because he tends to wait for you to initiate questions. He delivered my first via c-section, second via VBAC, and third via c-section. I truly love and respect this man!

Dr. Guillory should have his license revoked. He misdiagnosed my mom on numerous occasions for breast cancer. My mom went to see him at least 3 times saying she felt something was wrong in her left breast. On all occasions he said, “you have fibrous breasts, and women should stop doing self exams.” By the time she saw her general practitioner (who turned white when he felt the lump) it was too late and she passed away last August. Complete negligence on the part of Dr. Guillory.

I'm 31 and remember when my mother brought me in to see Dr. B. Guillory for the first time. I see Liz the majority of the time, however, I see Dr. Guillory if Liz is out of the office. I absolutely love both of them. Amazing team! Thank you both for all you do.

Dr. Guillory is absolutely FABULOUS! I have recommended him to several family members and they are very pleased also. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, caring, bed side manner, very detailed doctor. Not only does he give GREAT care, he gives his heart.

Dr Guillory is the most caring MD I have ever met. He takes his time, asks if you have more questions, he genuinely cares about your health and your care. He came in off of his vacation to deliver my nephew b/c my sister was so nervous about the delivery. I have the complete trust in him.

The quality of Dr Guillory's bedside manor depends on the day. He wasn't warm and fuzzy, friendly or informative during my initial visit but the day of my procedure he explained everything very well, was friendly, and I was very much at ease. The reason I gave a 2 star recommendation is really because of that first visit but also because his staff is very unprofessional. While in the back, I could hear them talking and laughing about confidential patient information.
