His staff is amazing and compassionate, knowledgeable and CARES! Follow ups are efficient, effective, necessary. If you FOLLOW THE PROGRAM. Your life will forever be changed for the better. The zoom classes, support sessions, nutrition follow ups are so vital to your success. The plan they set can only be failed by you. Surgery went without issues. He explained the good, bad and ugly before and after and during follow ups. He’s very thorough. Very direct. Doesn’t sugar coat things, which I value. His program is truly unique and you will NOT find it anywhere else! They have a store to buy the foods, vitamins, prep foods, food Friday for new recipes, handouts, seminars, more classes, exercise plans. This is a full package. I could not have had a better program to change my life!

Got the surgery done in 2024 and my surgery went wrong after healing and I wasn't able to eat. He kept blowing me off and didn't want to help me at all.. now I'm on a medical device and still not able to eat. He's very temperamental and gets aggressive when u tell him what's wrong with you. I still can't eat and the only thing he's concerned about is me going back to work not my health!!! So I have to bring somebody with to my appointments because I don't feel safe with him in the room! Staffing is horrible when it comes to paperwork and communication!! Please consider other options!! He's been messing up on people and don't care to fix the issue so if something goes wrong just a warning he don't care he just wants you put of his face. Very rude ,careless,no bedside manner what so ever!! I advise you to seek other places before you consider him!!!

I had bariatric surgery with Dr. Brian Gluck at his Muskegon, MI office, and my experience with his post-operative care has been frustrating, unprofessional, and neglectful.At my first follow-up , Dr. Gluck failed to examine my surgical site after the nurse removed my bandage. When I mentioned that I had eaten stage 3 food a few days ahead of schedule, he became visibly irritated and said that patients doing that 'makes him angry.' The appointment was rushed, and his dismissive attitude left me feeling unsafe and unsupported.I do not recommend Dr. Gluck for anyone seeking compassionate, competent, or ethical care. If you are considering bariatric surgery, I strongly advise finding a surgeon who respects their patients and provides proper follow-up care. Unfortunately I am currently left without care as no doctor will accept me so soon after surgery.

Waited 2 weeks for a phone consultation at 8:45 and the call didn’t come through. I called the office at 8:46 and they told me they moved on to the next person and I’d have to wait 2 weeks again. SHELLY gives horrible customer service. You can’t tell me the phone consultation was only a minute long. Lazy worker is more like it

Wonderful Surgeon Dr. Brian Gluck highly recommended he is more than just Bariatric , he also repairs hernias if found and other issues. He is very Thorough when it comes to pre-surgery. I would talk directly with him even right before you go into surgery , everything that you agreed upon as my hernia repair was not listed. He added it and all was good. Very caring - very busy also Im 1 year out and met his weigh loss goal gastric sleeve patient/hernia repair so far all seems good. ??

Excellent. Dr. Gluck has taken superior care of me from beginning to end. In my opinion he goes above and beyond.

Life Without Limits provides Excellent Bariatric educational seminar! Excellent nutrition classes! Superb office staff who works great with your primary care prior to surgery! The "best" physician patient relationship when it comes to the Bariatric services offered in both office and bedside manner! Highly recommend Bariatric services!

Dr. Gluck clearly understands not only the physical aspects of obesity, but he understands it emotionally. I have lost over 90 lbs in nine months. He hosts many learning classes such as nutrition and support groups. Dr. Gluck cares about each patient. It's important to him that, during our journey, each of us is growing emotionally, psychologically, and (obviously) physically. You feel his warmth, and there is no doubt he cares for each patient. I feel encouraged by him.

I have never seen such a profession office! Everyone knows their job and does it very well. If I call I either get who I called for or they call right back. Any questions, anything insurance wise is handled by them. Dr. Gluck and staff should be very proud of all they do to help all of us that have tried to help ourselves for years only to fail. I would like to thank them all for making it so easy and being so respectful!
