Dr. Geraci is WONDERFUL! He takes the time to listen. He explains everything clearly and thoroughly. He asks pertinent questions. He is well read and gives insights into new treatments and medications. I consider myself extremely lucky to have found him after moving the the area.

Dr Geraci is the BEST. I and my wife have been with him since 2005 and I thank God the day we found him. I went to see him for a sore back that I myself caused stepping over something the wrong way, and besides helping with that, noticed some other problems that I might have not realized. Within 3 months I had 3 heart stents and medications to control Blood pressure, High Cholesterol AND discovered I was Diabetic that I feel he caught before it got worse....pills and not needles.... He is Very professional and his assistant 'Georgi' is easily reachable via the Office Portal. See him if you need medical help and he also is a very nice person too!!

We recently moved to Florida but Dr. Geraci was mine and my husband's physician for 10 years and by far is the BEST Primary we have ever had and miss him today. He listens, doesn't rush and was always spot on with his diagnosis. Plus he himself would call on test results. Haven't been able to find anyone close to what we had down there. Was with him in Galloway.

Dr Geraci is takes his time. I called several times. All I got from even the receptionist is call a ambulance. . His assistant Georgia is the worst. I had a Emergency. To much to And they had Georgia call me. . Been going their 4 years. No one could see me . I likthey told me to call a Ambulance. I have a apt. With another Doctor in the morning. If something is serious I will hold this practice responsible. I wanted the Doctor to call me back. . I won’t be going back their. What a Shame

Dr. Geraci is not only very knowledgable - he is the most caring Doctor in the industry. He returns calls no matter what time of day or night. I have had several health issues over the past few years and thanks to Dr. Geraci I am 100%. Shore Physicians is blessed to have such a great doctor on their staff. Thank you Dr. Geraci!!!
