I had a failed pinhole procedure in June 2019. I developed necrosis after receiving only a local anesthetic for pain management during the procedure. There were many follow up appointments as I watched my gum steadily recede. Promises to fix in the future seemed reasonable to me, however at my last appointment Dr Fann, who I previously viewed as pleasant, was extremely rude, hostile and dismissive. I will not return. The procedure was a waste of time and money.

Dishonest company. They gave me a quote for work they said I needed to have done and assured me it wouldn't cost over a certain amount. They ended up charging me triple the amount they said I would owe, and tried to blame their ignorance on my insurance. I will never be back. There are many dentists out there. There has to be an honest one somewhere.

You need to do more of the work. At first I had confidence in you but as time went by I lost all confidence in you. Girls do way to much of the work. Had temporary crowns fall off twice and one permanent crown fall off. Had a implant put in which only took 12 minutes and felt like he was in a hurry. Gave little information on implant procedure and my implant hurt very much the whole time until it had failed completely in 7 weeks. Then asked me if I had Diabetes like it was my fault. Had to leave

I was misdiagnosed on my initial visit I was in severe pain for 2 weeks after believing their diagnosis When I woke up from sedation: my lip was split and a tooth that was not on my plan of treatment had been pulled and my wisdom tooth An another had been left I had already paid what was not covered by our insurance on the original treatment plan but was told I owed more even though less work was done

2 Concerns 1) When explaining work that needs to be done, provide the price that will come with the work. Don't just tell someone what work needs to be done and then try to schedule the work without having a price available. 2) When you floss teeth and pop the floss between the teeth & gums and they bleed that's because you are not taking time to do it carefully. Then I was asked if my gums always bleed, like there's a problem when there's not. My gums never bleed when I floss them.
