Horrible MD and Hospital
Chang neglected to do a few physical exam or read medical history. Inhumanly sent me to get x-rays with obvious broken bones, denying pain medication. Turned out to be 7 broken bones. Very incompetent, lazy and uncaring. Ended up with MRSA because of the ED nurse.

I would not want him treating my dog. He totally disregarded my husband’s symptoms and sent him home within 2 hours after being transported by ambulance after a seizure associated with Covid. I could no go in because of Covid but he would not even speak to me over the phone concerning the seizure and exactly what happened. Told my husband I was probably mistaken, that he just passed out!! I have been in the medical field for 5 doctors, I am aware of what a seizure is. Ignored his heart issues and low lung function. No monitoring, no explanation, no breathing treatments. Nothing. Told him to go see someone else. I will definitely be asking for a different dr if we ever go back there and may consider further action.

A waste of time and money....he doesn't listen and doesn't appear to care at all. These ER doctors need to understand that not everyone seeking care is looking for pain pills... If I could give less than 1 star I would.
