Unfortunate
A year ago, I saw this Dr. with a compound ankle fracture. He spent about 10 cumulative minutes with me. As they ankle hasn’t healed properly, I’ve had to have the imaging again with a different doctor who will now treat me (properly).

Incompetent/Negligent
I have seen Dr Bobick multiple times for foot pain and numbness. He never manipulated my foot/ankle. He relied 100% on the MRI’s which were negative, and ignored my history of multiple horrendous ankle sprains. Long story short, ai ended up spending YEARS of my life seeing multiple other specialists, to include neurology, rheumatology, vascular surgeons, none of whom could figure out what was wrong. Until I asked to see a highly respected foot surgeon at UCSD for a second opinion. He actually manipulated my foot and ankle, which was painful, and took a COMPLETE history. Within minutes he determined what was wrong and that I needed ankle arthroscopy with a possible ligament reconstruction. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING Dr Bobick! Your years of incompetence probably caused my chronic back pain too.

I dont know what staff these reviews are referring to because everyone my boyfriend and I dealt with was helpful cheerful and more than willing to answer questions and return calls. The doctor has done an amazing job and we are excited to continue treatment with this competent group of healthcare professionals

-50 stars. In 2009, "Dr." Bobick did surgery L foot for Plantar Fascitis. This was the 2nd surgery on this foot. I sought a second opinion but retnd to Bobick due to HMO. He severed the medial plantar nerve in L foot and I am in chronic pain pain rest of life. He did other things he has no idea and no desire to know the results of. Tried to sue but statute ran out. He should STOP doing surgery I tried to force him to stop but docs cover docs and statues do not protect patients. BEWARE.

I am surprised by the reviews I saw because that was not my experience at all. I am very happy with my surgery, and the speed of time between first visit and scheduling surgery. He removed a neuroma, repaired some metatarsal damage due to R.A., and corrected a hammer toe. My recovery was quick (3 weeks off my feet), and now I have little pain only 5 weeks out. I liked his nursing staff. They were great at answering questions. And so was he.

Let me reiderat about the staff Dr. Bobick’s office, they are rude and incompetent. No customer service skills;don’t expect to leave a message and have anyone to include the COO return your call. I am not waiting to complete my treatment with him I have asked for a referral to another doctor. After reading the comments here and seeing how I have been treated with a broken foot, I will never will go there again. The Dr. sounds very knowledgeable however....... find someone else.

3 years after hammer toe surgery I am worse of than before surgery by Dr. BOBICK. He fused four of my five toes. Two months after surgery I pointed out how little toe was crossing over on adjacent toe He suggested another surgery no way!! Pictures before surgery and now show no difference in the bent toes. He should not be preforming surgery. Worst part is I had polio and paralyzed in other leg. Thanks to his botched surgery on good foot I can hardly walk. He should stick to cutting toe nails

This "doctor" completely destroyed my left foot. Stay away. I have pics if recent x-rays which I'd like to post- this venue doesn't offer that option. I'm sorry I ever crossed his path.

Waited over an hour, rude staff, rude doctor, one elderly lady with a walker was so upset because she waitedd over 2 hours, finally she had to leave because she could not wait anymore, the sttaff wasn't kind to her either. Dr Bodick wrote me a certified letter to tell me never to come back to his office again. I really had no plans to anyway, so he only wasted his money on USPS signed letter. I should have read all the bad reviews online before I wasted my precious time.
