Dr. Brian Bhagat, MD

Recently when in the hospital with pancreatitis, Dr Bhagat saw me EVERYDAY in the hospital. He’s extremely caring and a great listener. He knows I’m seen by a specialist at MICHIGAN with my condition but as my PC physician, Dr Bhagat is here locally and is part of the TEAM to manage my pancreas. Is recommend him to anyone who truly wants a caring physician.

I have been seeing Brian for a long time now, about five or so years. My wife had been seeing him since she was a child, and her mother saw his father for probably thirty years before he recently retired and no longer sees Brian. At any rate, he is the best doctor I have ever seen. When I was diagnosed with type-1 diabetes and was admitted to the hospital during the worst possible time (COVID), Brian came immediately to the hospital (in the ER) and sat with me that night for hours. He came every day when I was in the ICU recuperating from the sudden illness. The only day he'd missed was Thanksgiving day. He was out of town with his family. He had one of his colleagues see me that day, and on that day, he released me from the hospital. I recovered at home. It was a strange thing to be DX with type-I diabetes this late in life, but Brian made it a seamless thing. However, Brian (and most of my circle did too) thought it was a URI during my onset of DKA. He immediately sent me to the ER.

I do not see Dr. Bhagat because I moved to a different city. I went to doctor Brian Bhagat for many years and I have had nothing but outstanding treatment. He listens thoroughly and checks you out physically to be sure what you complain about coincides with what I am there for. Appropriate follow-ups with the blood work he orders to thoroughly make sure your body is as it should be. Excellent doctor!

Absolutely, Dr. Bhagat is the best MD I have ever had and I am 78 years old. He is very easy to talk with and has very, very good bedside manner. He can make you feel good on your worst days. He just has a positive attitude towards recovery. I think he has something that a lot of doctors don't have and that is the ability to listen. No one could recommend him higher than me. He has kept me kicking for nearly 20 years.

Best Dr I have ever had, he's funny, he listens and truly cares what you are going through and understands your concerns. He was reccomended to me by my best friend and I will recommend him to everyone!

Very satisfied with my care under Dr. Bhagat. He is very personal and precise in his evaluations of health problems and often describes several solutions. Bedside manner is the best of any physician I have ever had. I highly recommend him as a personal physician.
